Daniel DThis is the only reputable U haul in the Venice/Nokomis area. I was sent to 2nother I hula before I found this one, and after 50 minutes I still didn't have a truck. They required an unreasonable amount of personal information With attic self storage, I was met by a couterious man who have me in and out I'm about 10 minutes. If you need a u haul, the ONLY choice is attic self storage. Avoid all u haul dealers who don't have a real representative present on site, especially for the signing of the contract.

Robert WWindows and mirrors in the vehicle were so dirty, they had to be cleaned before we could use it at all. I had rented two dollies. I was told that they only had one to rent but I could purchase a second one.

SUSAN BI reserved a 10-foot truck. Unknown to me at the time the facility was unmanned. After an hour and 15 minutes of trying to get your app downloaded and working I gave up. Then my truck was taken by another customer whose reservation was made before mine leaving me with no truck. Fortunately, there was another location in my town that had human's working in it. They were very helpful, but I was not able to get the truck at 10Am and subsequently was charged an additional $20.00 for dropping the truck off after 4PM which was the closing time. I was 10 minutes late dropping the truck off. Hardly worth an additional $20.00. I have always used Penske in the past and never had an issue with them. Perhaps U-Haul should model their customer service after Penske.

The family owned business resonates with me - the truck was immaculate and the I was in and out in a minute or two. I only put on 30 miles but had the truck running back and forth all afternoon. The person at the original location called another UHaul location on James Street, Attic Storage, who had the equipment. This cost me a drive and an hour of my time due to corporate UHaul's error. Not Happy
