Everything was so great when we move again we will yall again

The designated return location was at 1340 Durrett, not 10817 Bluegrass Parkway, as indicated above. The Durrett location is an unattended self-storage facility in a questionable area of town, that provides no access for U-Haul vehicles inside the razor wire security fence (no personnel on site). When I called the number on the storage sign, I was instructed to leave the vehicle parked in the grass, outside the secure area, next to the building and leave the key in a drop box. I called the national 1-833 U-Haul number to verify those instructions and let them know that the vehicle would not be in a secured area. It took 4 days to get someone to inspect the vehicle and provide a receipt. There were NO OTHER U-Haul vehicles at this site and it was 22 miles away from my house. I was not allowed to return the vehicle to a U-Haul location that was only 3 miles from my house. That location has multiple U-Haul vehicles on their lot. Very disappointed with this vehicle, return process and return location.

This location was wonderful! The people were fantastic! Super easy check in & check out! Felt safe and easy access!! The ONLY thing that I would comment on negatively would be that my rental was originally at a different location. I did have an email that told me reservation was moved, but it wasn't *in my face* , so I missed it. I happened to call the original location to confirm the pickup, and that location is the one who informed me it was moved. I think U-Haul should send a separate email titled *THERE'S BEEN A CHANGE TO YOUR PICKUP LOCATION*. But I will add, that the original location was SUPER FRIENDLY & HELPFUL, and even did a follow-up phone call in the afternoon to make sure everything went well. Above and beyond service! Thank you

Scott and Maria at the Atto Finale location are fabulous. After some bad experiences at another location on Bluegrass Parkway, I am so happy to have discovered this new location where I take all of van rental needs. Excellent service! Thank you!

Review is not because of the facility. It is because Uhaul charges unexpected fees and makes mobile pickup almost impossible. A Uhaul truck is 37.99 for a rental and moving 6 miles away cost over $100! And you have to pay the price because you don’t know the price until you are picking up the truck and have to move that day. Very disappointed.

First vehicle had a dead battery. Issue was resolved immediately with no disruption. 10 out of 10 would rent again.

Truck battery was defective. Had to jump it rhree times. The overhead door was stuck in the open position After returning truck, area manager called and he removed the entire truck rental. Very apologic I have rented from U-Haul in the past and I have never had an issue in th past

There were many negative reviews about u-haul in general, not this facility, about charging for damages to trucks not done by the rentor. However, I didn't have this issue with this u-haul facility. Thank you very much.

The customer service was wonderful! The couple that waited in us were so nice!! Truck worked great and it was awesome. It was the first time for me to rent a gal and I was so scared but it worked out way better than I thought!!

uhaul sent me confirmation of my reservation then emailed me again stating that my rental would not be available at the location and updated it to a different location. I arrived at the new location only to discover they didn’t have the truck I reserved. The gentleman said he would honor the original price and give me the only truck he had available. I called the original location and they had the truck I required as well as still had my reservation. At this point I was past my pickup time. I went to the location and the gentleman that was there was very courteous and apologetic. Save for being charged about $10 more than the original receipt and the confusion of it all, the Uhaul providers at both locations were very accommodating.

I reserved the equipment at a location near my home, received confirmation, went the next morning to pick it up and it was not there. I was told that someone picked it up for a one way rental. I had to drive 20 miles out of my way to get the equipment and 20 miles back. Not only was this an inconvenience of my time but it cost me in fuel. I should have been asked or told if I was willing to give up my reservation. Very disrespectful.

I had a great experience with Atto Finale and Scott Raque. I requested a 15' truck for a one way rental. They did not have one available but the upgraded me to a 20' truck, which in the end, I needed! The paperwork was quick, they showed me where I could drop off the truck and the truck ran great. I would definitely rent a truck from Scott again!

This location saved my move!!! I had reserved through another company to begin with and was disappointed when they didn’t deliver on their product. I was able to find what I needed same day and in better condition than I would have had with the original deal. Will only go through UHaul from now on.

I reserved a utility dolly and when I picked up the truck, all the Dolly's were taken. I had to go to another uhaul and get one. Delayed me by an hour. Not happy when I was rushed for time!!

Was charged for 2 gallons of gas that was Not due, truck was driven 30 miles and added 3-1/2 gallons of gas before returning, at avg of 10mpg my mileage used would have been 55 miles, it was not!!! To small amount to argue, but buyer beware!

The 15 ft truck I rented had the check engine light on throughout the ride. No issues but it was a worry. The truck had also seen better days in as it was very unstable to drive. Engine did not run smoothly and the steering seemed off. I am an experienced driver for this size truck and it should have handled much better than it did.

I had a great experience with U-haul. My one suggestion is to have each vehicle at a full tank of gas. This would make it so easy on the renter to just fill the tank. There would be no guessing at what level is correct. Thank you.

Truck was horribly beaten up, the roof leaked and broke down while using. Then U-Haul charged us for not returning it when you towed it away. Sent a message to the site , and they were rude. Would never ever use this site again and possibly U-Haul either based on the experience.

I was extremely impressed with the quick and courteous customer service I received. Within a minute of my arrival, I was already being checked in and handed keys to the vehicle I reserved. I sincerely appreciated how hardworking and efficient the team was at this pickup location! Thank you!

There was a serious rattle in the roof of the cab that made it too loud to hear anything at speeds over 50 mph. I drove this for almost 1000 miles slowing down and carefully speeding up to try and maintain 55 mph without being maddened by the rattling. It was a very unpleasant experience.

The mobile truck pick up experience was bad. The app did not work, and I had to speak to 4 different people

the truck was clean and ran and drove fine but there was a check engine light on and the wipers were terrible. the lock for the self checkin was barely operational. I'll never use the self checking again. it is designed very poorly and is not convenient at all. especially when it's raining!

The on line return was a bit confusing on where to find the link to finish the return. I will tried the app. , but it had troubles logging in for the first time. Found a "my account" in an earlier email that worked .
