Rating: POOR This is a remote lot-- no one there to provide service. All contact via phone or text. Customer has to move equipment around on lot. Truck #1-- check engine light. Scott Raque says over the phone "you'll be alright". This is a CROSS-COUNTRY move. Would you have accepted this answer? Had to struggle to move two auto transport trailers myself to access Truck #2. Scott does not come to lot to assist. He gives instructions via phone on how to hook up auto transport. Springfield Missouri-- 4 hour wait for roadside assistance for tire going flat on transport trailer. Scott does not respond to text about equipment issues and our needing roadside assistance. No follow from him whatsoever. This is not "alright". We have contacted UHaul, spoke to Sylver (who apologizes for the issues), who forwards information to Scott Shepard. His response references roadside hazards which has zero relevance to equipment not suitable for rental/much less cross country move. No ownership of situation. We contacted a second manager on October 1 and she apologized profusely about our negative experience saying she will investigate and get back to us. So far no response. Is there anyone in the UHaul organization who will contact us ? Would appreciate someone taking ownership and speaking to us. Thank you.
