I was so impressed that the guy could lift the UHaul with his bare hands onto the ball, but he said he was supposed to be having back and neck surgery and I was wondering if they had a machine to lift those things so the employees didn't hurt themselves. Everyone's back and neck are bad in the area. Extremely low frequency zone (radiation). But when I dropped it off I saw a young girl lift that handle off the ball. So, either it's not that heavy or these are super strong people. The U haul was old and had openings in the front so when it rained water leaked onto my things, but it was pretty easy to drive. I was very careful and did not go over 55. The wire thing that hooks to the tail lights fell off of my car, but luckily right before return. I would like to know how I can buy a used one from UHaul so I can have my own.

This location has no lighting. It was on the side of a highway with a gate that is operated from someone’s home. Very unsafe. Sat forever waiting to get the gate open. Then they charged me for 2 gallons of gas. Never using uhaul again.

It was hard for an older person to figure out how to use the automated check in and out on the phone. Other than that everyone was kind and courteous and very helpful. I would use uhaul again if needed. Next time I would use their movers.

The person that I did business with was very nice. The problem is, there's gates that shut when the place is closed. Dropping off equipment when the place doesn't open on Saturday becomes impossible.

Just starting out . Not enough training. No contract no receipts upfront. They will email them to you. Later in the day I got it. A 26 foot uhaul with the gas I put back in it cost me 485.04 to go to Powell tenn . Straight there straight back. Then they said I went over my miles. No I did not. I had my granddaughter write them down before we pulled out. I wanted a ten foot no where had one. I was told by somerset it would cost me 260.00 I get there I’m charged 308.00 and that was with a discount. Not very precessional either. Young adults running this place . Will never go there again.
