Location was hard to find. GPS from the reservation took us to a Denton location and we almost missed our reservation. The app experience was also horrible. I was not able to upload pictures of the rental before leaving location. The truck was dirty and we had to clean it before using it. The transmission slipped, luckily we weren’t going far.

KAREN BMake sure that people aren't being called before pick up time that certain equipment is not available.
TONY VThe drop off location has no place to rally park the truck. I just pulled it in front of the office door and the truck was too large and stuck out in the parking lot drive area.
