They didn't know how to load our car and do I had to go to another location and then found out it was missing the front chain to secure the car

Have the Auto Transport Connected to the Uhaul Truck prior to pickup. Train people at the Satellite yards on the insurance coverages and options?They didn't really know too much about them.

Enzo DI was very satisfied with the service I received at this location. As soon as I arrived, a customer service representative greeted me and assisted me right away. There was no wait time, and the return process was quick and efficient. The representative inspected the truck, confirmed that it was clean and in good condition, and completed the return professionally. I also had questions regarding a fuel charge on my rental. The customer service representative took the time to explain the situation thoroughly. He informed me that when I picked up the truck at the previous location, I should have received a check-in link to document the condition of the vehicle, including taking photos of the fuel level. Although the representative at pickup told me the truck had approximately 1/8 of a tank of gas, the proper documentation was not completed, which is why the fuel charge appeared. I truly appreciated the representative’s patience, professionalism, and willingness to explain everything clearly. He provided excellent customer service and made sure I understood the reason for the charge. Thank you for making what could have been a frustrating situation a positive experience.
Monica KEquipment was in bad shape with holes in it. The plug was damaged and the right side light was out. No signal, no brake light, no hazard light on the right side. Could’ve received a citation I had to get somebody to follow me so the police wouldn’t get behind me and see it. Also he just pointed at the equipment and said there it is you can take it without providing instructions or how to use this equipment properly or safely. Very dangerous
