Truck pulled to right,I'm guessing costing me fuel cost. I let the dealer know of this when returned. Also very upset that the charges told on final cost were marked up 15% on the final bill when returned the truck.This caused me to have my card overdrawn. The contract was completed and truck inspected and returned. Why was there 15% charged added for final charges?

Not use this location. I was under the mileage they charged me for & put in more gas than I used & I still was NOT credited ANYTHING. I will NO LONGER be your services & will ABSOLUTELY NOT recommend you to anyone.

MARTIN MWhen I showed up the trailer had a flat tire and every single tire was missing lug nuts! I took photos to verify if you want evidence. Auburn tire was very professional. About getting it fixed. Although it should have been done before I showed up to pick it up

Anthony LThey do the best they can given the size of their lot. It can also get a little congested as they are primarily a tire store and there are piles of tires everywhere. If you don't know the location well, you can easily miss the entrance! They are situated below another business and the entrance driveway slopes down and away from the street, even knowing all this I still missed it and had to turn around. The staff are very friendly and do an amazing job juggling between tires and UHaul!
David SEverything pulled great, but I had to have a friend install my hitch after they cancelled last minute on me. Apparently the hitch guy doesn’t like to install Jeep Wrangler hitches so I had to take the hitch I ordered and find someone else to do it. My friend offered so I took him up on that… all he had to do was look it up on YouTube to do it. He got it done but some parts were missing so we had to go to another Uhaul place to pick up a two way plug to complete the job. Anyway it was finally finished and we head out the following day. I will say that. Everyone at this location was extremely polite. They just need most staff to install hitches. Anyway, Thank you
