The U-Haul was not cleaned before our use. The steering wheel was sticky and we cleaned it ourselves. Very disappointed and will not be using this location again.

Really terrible location completely littered in garbage, poor signage and the so called “main office” for pick up was really dirty/dusty and just a disorganized mess in the corner of a random freezing cold, dirty garage. It looked like a scam location for hiring. Only real part was signing into the U-Haul website and confirming my booking. Everything else was a joke

Things to be improved: Communication, Customer Service, Additional Fee. I had good experience with Uhaul but this time I feel like I was being over charged by the one from Aucomm. I rented the Uhaul truck and drove it for 8 miles in total. However, I am not happy that the attendance at Aucomm charged me $80 for gas fee and 30 liters of gas to refill the truck. The gas level when I picked up the truck was not matching and lower than the gas level in the paperwork (paper shows 1/4 mark but gas level is less than that, please view actual photo that I took when picking up the truck). Inline image I also asked the attendance if I can return the truck a bit late. He told me the next customer going to pick up the truck at 5pm so I can return the truck around 4:30pm and drop off the key at the box if the shop is closed. However, at 3:30pm, he called and rushed me to return the truck. I was rushed to return the truck and did not have a chance to fill up gas.

Arrived a few mins before the scheduled pick up time at 9am to be told by another waiting customer that the U Haul counter attendant left the premises to go to the airport which was “more important”. He was the only attendant and door was locked. He told the other waiting customer who had been there longer he would arrive back in 30 mins and then came back and told us that we needed to wait another 15 mins. Finally started the process at 9:50 am.

When I booked the Uhaul online, it was showing me $48.95 and the charges were at $1.09 per kms. When I reached at the location for pickup I was told that I will have to pay around $80. Suddenly, the price was doubled and I paid $89.17. This is not right and very unprofessional. And then, I tried filling the gas at the gas station, I found out that the pipe connected to the fuel tank is cut and I spilled more than 4 litres of gas at the station which was hazardous and dangerous for me and people at the gas station. Any vehicle which is to be given to the customer needs to be checked first before handing over. In January 2024, when I hired a 15' truck, at that time also, my billing was $65.98.

There no arrow indicating steps and our uhaul app was stuck at the pickup time due to we got the uhaul late than our actual time of booking I arrived early at 11:55 pm to pick up on time at 12:00am but the in-app pickup button was stuck we tried various troubleshooting steps but it didn’t worked at last we tried chatting calling troubleshooting apps then it started at 12:45 am . Due to this our entire booking was delayed

Firstly , you have to keep the vehicle clean and Maintained , it was very dirty and Was not Cleaned Properly , It was smelling very bad and also there was no blankets , no Dolly inside the cargo area , Still i got Charged 45$ , Really very Poor Service , If you need pictures i can provide you that also , am going to google map review also so that you guys should properly maintain your vehicles

The roof of the truck was leaking water which made many of my furniture and boxes completely wet!! The cab was also not really clean. Will definitely explore other options before i go again with Uhaul. Not really sure if i would recommend to a friend.

This place is ridiculous! The truck that I picked up was dirty specially the side mirrors and the level of the gas was nearly empty and the guy that was assisting me just kept on insisting that it was not empty but 1/4 full before the empty line indicator which is very tricky in a way that if you were to drive it far you will need to fill it up first? It is supposed to be 3/4 full so that it is easier to see how much gas was used and also will be more convenient that I don't have to worry about filling it up first before I can drive it and start my move - I was just lucky that my move was not that far. I've been here a couple of times and the truck was always dirty specially the side mirrors and this time I just cant take it anymore and I am not going back to UHaul and will just find another provider.

The pick up and drop off went well; however, the moving blankets we reserved were not with the truck when we picked it up. The response using the chat feature was quick but we did not have the blankets for the move. I’ll have to work through the refund process now.

I think I was overcharged for fuel. It cost me $40 to fill the tank after driving only 26 miles. Therefore, the tank could not have been full when I started my trip.

The truck was clean and I got it at the time I requested. The only issue I had was that I drove the truck for 20 miles and was told to ensure that Fuel level for truck is full when I return it back. However, it costed me 31$ to fill up regular gas in it. I have emailed the customer service department on this and have not heard back. I am trying to find the logic behind spending 31$ for 20 miles distance. I would appreciate if I can hear back on this.

They gave the truck blow 1/2 of tank and she told that there is half tank so when I got into the truck, there was under 1/2. So I fueled up the truck after I finished and I kept it where it was exactly. I was surprised that she charged me $20 extra for fuel. I won't go again to this location and won't recommend it for anyone I know.

I was happy with the check out/in procedure however I was explicitly told that the rental would include up to the first 100 KM's of travel. Why would he tell me this information if it turned out to be completely false according to the receipt (even the 'estimate' receipt)? I am a little annoyed at this thinking I was getting a great deal, and that's why I'm not giving this location a good review. Please don't verbally lead a customer to obviously incorrect information. The cost doubled in my mind because of this.

The truck was falling apart with pieces of th grill falling off, the driver door would not even unlock. They also increased the kilometer price from .79 to 1.27 without telling me. I reported this and have yet to hear back from uhaul. I am disgusted with the overall service and would like a refund for the over charged difference in kilometers.

Location has no signs of Uhaul. It is very hard to find if a Uhaul van wasn't parked there. They must a visible UHAUL SIGN THERE.

The person at the rental location in Calgary entered my credit card information wrong 4 times while trying to process the rental. This my credit card was locked out.. This same person only allowed for the exact mileage from the rental location to the drop off location… no mileage was given for dropping off my furniture at my house. How would I unload my furniture at the drop off location and why would I do this ?? No common sense !

Everything went well duringbthe rental.only return has a bit problem.The person is not there when we are returning the unit.maye she was checking the other returned as she was alone.the link thatw as sent to me for returning unit after office hours was'nt working so we have to wait outside for the person in charge as we are first time renters..Anyways she was so helpful though and the rental was ok so we will use the service again

Furniture dolly was booked and confirmed two days prior and it wasn’t available on the day, ended up having to lift heavy furniture and fell as it crashed on my head! Truck was dirty, and the inside in the back was incredibly slippery, as well as the steps, especially with the snow and ice.

The truck was extremely dirty inside and out!! I have pictures!! The truck was not properly maintained and is in poor driving condition, this truck needs to be off the road as the bearings in the front tires are gone!! I expect a call from a uhaul representative in regards to this and I will supply pictures!

The truck we rent wasn’t cleaned as another truck was reserved for us. However ,the first truck tires were more used then the one we actually took. I’m not sure if that’s why the truck wasn’t cleaned on the inside.

They wrote the milage/km wrong on the contract to charge you more fraudulently. Secondly the fuel they marked more than three quarters(75%) on contract which in real was empty in the truck. Sent them pictures informed about km/miles reading, did not helped me instantly. Wasted my one hour when four moving guys were waiting at home. Sent them picture of $30 fuel receipt as i took the truck empty but parked back with $30 fuel, i should get that refund. Thank you

Truck is dirty inside the cab. It shouldnt be on the road. It shakes if you go above 35 mph +. Its not road safe worthy. Back tires are worn out. Not even 10% thread on tires..

They are looters. Fuel in contract was mentioned as 3/8 however there is totally different scale in the vehicle. I drove it for only 8 kms which should not consume more than 4 litres of fuel. I filled up 7 litres of fuel at Shell and still U-haul charged me $40 for fuel. Kind of stupid. The person told me that it’s only 1/4 left now, haha, still there is no scale of this. It’s totally different scale in the vehicle and hence one can tell whatever one wants and charge any random amount.
