Middle of the woods. No personnel. I returned the 2 day rental within less than 12 hrs to this location (a sat at 4:00 pm or so). I was Unable to use the app to self check in bc no service. So I left the key and document as the app said to do in case of inability to complete check in on the app. They charged me $21 for after hours service charge. Absolutely a scam. They don’t let you have access to any cell svc to use the app in the little wooded clearing on the side of the driveway and then charge you extra for the inconvenience. Avoid this place

Not a great experience. There was supposed to be a lock in my unit and there was not. The unit was dirty, smelly, and has dirt dauber nest. An individual on a bicycle waited for me to exit the lot so they could get in the gate. I reported it and was basically told nobody was doing anything and I could make sure he wasn't doing anything which is absolutely not my responsibility or safe. I will not be using this facility again.

The renting process took some time but it was successful However upon getting my storage unit, a lock was supposed to be provided, however one was not. How am I supposed to move my stuff there if I am having doubts that's someone will break in my unit?

This was a patch of land with a sharp turn off the road for access. Could be more clearly marked. There is no office building, only the key drop box so you have to use the app to conclude your drop off.

Manager of site was extremely helpful. Thank goodness he happened to be at the sight to assist us. We were unaware that the pick up place was a self serve scenario and we did not know what to do.

This is an "unmanned" location with no one on-site to help customers. The number posted on the door routes calls back to U-Haul customer service, who has no idea what's going on here. Awful experience

This is the second time I have used this location. Both times the staff was minimal. The first time, I was 15 minutes late for pickup of a trailer and the help to lift the trailer had already left and this time, the person told me the mirrors could not be adjusted! I only went here the second time because UHaul called and changed my pickup site.

I can not say enough about Nadia's professionalism. She is a very pleasant individual. She guided me exactly where i needed to back my vehicle and she attached the trailer for me with no issue. She made sure all the lights worked properly and that the trailer was secured. The office is very clean and neat. This is one of the best locations i have used.

Nadia was very friendly. She was very helpful, she explained the whole process and the value of the safemove insurance. She made sure that we understood exactly what we were paying for and how the uhaul charges worked. I cant say enough about how good my experience with this location has been. I would rate this location with 10 stars if i could. I've rented from other locations but this was by far the beat experience I've had.

When I arrived the equipment was ready, the trailer was secured to the truck. The representative was really easy going & understanding of my time constraints. I would say more uhaul signage is needed near road its easy to miss

Nadia is awesome. This was my first time renting a truck from uhaul. She explained pricing, moving equipment and what I could expect my full charges to be. I had a few questions she answered them and gave me cost saving suggestions. I now know that via the movinghelp.com website I can schedule help that will definitely help me during my next move. if you're looking for great customer service and a good atmosphere I will recommend this location.

I have used this location for storage and most recently to rent a 10ft truck. The facility is well organized and clean. The rental process was quick and the manager is always friendly which makes moving easier. The location is right off of Washington road very close to skinner mill road so location is prime. Will definitely recommend to others. Keep up the good work!

I spoke to the manager Nadia upon getting my rental she discussed past experiences where customers would bring the truck back on E and she told me verbatim all it takes is 8-9 to put it at a 1/4 tank...when she gave me the truck it was almost on E .....she told me to put it how I got it and I put it to where the miles left to E wasn't even showing anymore....yet I get penalized for something I didn't do (returning the truck on E) ...she stated the gas was almost on E and I didn't return it that way by any means...I've never had an experience like this at any Uhaul location. They cheat you out of your money and they definitely don't explain things clearly at all. THEN try to make you feel incompetent by explaining what a quarter mark is when clearly I drove a car there so I know what it means. I will never recommend this location to anyone.

This is my second time using this uhaul. Nadia is very nice and she makes sure any and all questions are answered before you take off. I even rented a storage unit here. The whole process was very easy. I will recommend this location to anyone looking to rent a truck or store items.

Yes it was convenient and attendant was nice, however the equipment is located in a dirt lot and the tow dolly needed service particularly the ratchets for securing the vehicle to the trailer.

Extremely displeased with customer service when I returned the truck. I did not receive a greeting back when I arrived after greeting the employee, when I asked was there anything else that I needed to sign or fill out I received a response of "ummem" with no eye contact while the employee was walking away, and when I called to question the extra charges I was told that nobody rented a truck from them this weekend. My rental was from Friday at 12 noon through Saturday at 12 noon. So I called billing. I will never rent a uhaul again, or recommend them.

Two women sat and gave me no direction where to park the trailer and uhaul. Once I asked they just pointed where to go they did not take me and show me the area. Basking up the trailer Into there tiny area is very difficult and they did not help

They didn’t secure towing trailer to truck so when a vehicle was load on the auto hauler, the front of the trailer shot straight up and nearly ripped the whole end of my truck off. I had a half loaded car on an unsecured trailer that was extremely close to damaging my truck. If you’re going to tell a customer that by law you have to hook it up, then at least hook it up securely. Completely my fault for not double checking, but it led to a false sense of confidence and near calamity. I don’t check to make sure that a mechanic tightened the oil plug or tire lugs and I don’t believe U-haul should be telling people that they have to hook it up by law and then send them on their way with a false sense of safety, when a simple communication to the customer could have avoided an unnecessary loss of life or property. I also believe that I was overcharged for a 4 hour car hauler @ $89. Not only will I probably never use Uhaul again, I plan on going out of my to make sure that all my friends, peers, and family never use it either.

Nadia was very helpful to me on the day of the rental; I originally requested a 10' truck but that was not available; only a 15' truck was available at two locations closer to my home. She was able to locate the desired truck for me and her efforts were very much appreciated.
