Never rented a U-Haul from a church, but, I guess things are just different in Kentucky. I guess you could say that this dealer had ALL of my moving needs covered, physically AND spiritually! I wasn’t sure of what to think about them being open on Sunday, but I’m glad they were. Very friendly and helpful, praise the Lord!!! I had no idea that the trailer I rented had NO straps to secure the vehicle that I was towing. I was seriously disappointed that the toy hauler is nothing like the car hauler that I usually rent as it easily and safely transports my vehicles and has everything I need to do so. I almost never need a flatbed trailer, I do, however need a car hauler every time rent a trailer!

This U-Haul location was clean and near. The decorations were thoughtful and showed a photographic history of U-Haul. The owners have up orange fall decorations and really take pride in their business. They made my rental process easy and wasted no time. Very courteous and kind. I love that this U-Haul didn’t smell like a vape shop or have a bunch of animals running around. This location should be the standard for U-Haul. Thanks for a great experience.

I reserved online at a store in hopkinsville at 8am but had to go to oak grove where the pickuptime had been changed to 1030. The lady at the oak grove store was nice and was able to accommodate the needed changes due to the changes that had been made for me which didn't work for my situation.

This was the easiest uhaul rental EVER!!! The young lady working was personable and friendly and very helpful
