LYDELL KI would never use or recommend to anyone. I was cheated by an employee and charged an extra 30 miles than what was traveled. A 19.99 truck turned out to have a charge of $115. Luckily my bank disputed the bogus charge. Use another rental service!.
Jenikwa SWe were assigned this location for a remote pickup. The office was closed. I arrived 1hr late due to working overnight shifts. When I arrived my reservation had been cancelled and it was incredibly stressful having to find numbers to call to troubleshoot the pickup without help on site.

JOICE GOne person working. Trying to run a tire store and the Uhaul. When the trailer wouldn’t release from our truck, the employee refused to come help remove it. Meanwhile, the parking lot was so small, that it took a 90 point turn to squeeze the trailer into their crowed lot. So we had the lot completely blocked off, car were backing up in the lot because they couldn’t get through. Employee was frazzled and then rude to everyone who spoke to him. They shouldn’t be running a Uhaul out of this tiny location.

Dennis Fstop corporate wide wifi connection problems, had a online reservation, the branch was reporting a computer connection outage when I reported for my reservation, I was bumped off of my reservation, no one notified me of this, I had to re-reserve from another branch on the next day, next time I will check with H.D. for a rental!

Mario OFirst of all I stood in the lobby for almost 10 minutes before I had to go into the back to find someone. When I was doing the paperwork the guy was rude! We can discuss further if you want to talk! Then when the paperwork was done he couldn't print out the completed contract and let me review. He blamed U Haul for not being able to print out. He did hand me a copy of the how to hook up instructions and said, make sure the license plates # matches the text I got. He sent me on my way. The trailer was litterly 2" away from a U Haul truck on one side and pinned against the curb on the other. It was responsibility to get it out and hook it up. Horrible U Haul Experience!!
Paul AThis location requires you to download the app. I had done that and upon arriving to pick up the truck at my schedule time at 8 it showed I didn't have a reservation. I had to call customer service which took over any hr and half for them to resolve it. I finally was able to get the truck but it didn't have a dolly which I had paid for. So now they got free money from me. I'm grateful that I was able move some of my things but 4hrs really isn't enough time to be able to move an entire apartment.
maria gThe fuel was only at 1/2 tank. The truck was dirty and the virtual pickup was difficult. It took an hour to pickup because the app would not process to the next step. The key lock took forever to unlock and at the fuel and mileage portion of the app it kicked me out and wouldn’t let me go back.
Sheryl MThe location and truck were fine, but the check-in process through the app was abysmal. I had to go into chat, get transferred to another department in chat, call the toll-free number, and get transferred to someone else on that as well. Took me about 45 minutes to pick up the truck when it should have been 15 at most. Among other things, the app makes it hard to toggle back and forth without threatening to re-send and force a startover.
Sara FI had a 9:00 reservation and when I got there I was told they changed the location and the new time was an hour later. After waiting and hour and driving to the new location, the door was locked and nobody was there. I was not told it would be a lockbox pickup. After finally getting the code to get in the lockbox, the lock wouldn’t open. Customer service said they could give us a new location and pickup time but that was already hours after my original pickup time and much further away than the location I originally booked at.

Kevin BWorst experience I’ve had. Specifically booked a pickup at a location where I could Utilize a human as I’m AuDHD. Instead was changed to a location with mobile pickup, which was an hour later than my initial pickup, and took talking to 8 different customer service agents to get the mobile pickup to work on my phone. Making my move start two hours late.

Yancy CThe gentleman helping me was nice. The Uhaul was trashed, not clean, FINGERNAILS from someone previously using it. Absolutely disgusting. The place I got the uhaul from also did not have the equipment I needed (the dolly) and had me drive to another location to get it but charged me those miles.
