Individual helping with the final transaction provided only minimal assistance. When the vehicle was returned, it was filled with gas to the proper amount, loading dolly was in the back of the truck, and ready to be inspected. No recording of mileage was taken, no vehicle inspection, and finally, no paper documentation was received from this establishment. None of this is acceptable nor was it to this individual's liking. After a full day of moving and then having to incorrectly guess at the final costs, it is difficult to bill a client. In my mind, procedures were just not adhered to.

Dropped of key box. I had questions after they processed the bill and customer service tried to answer my questions but the U-Haul system didn’t allow them to do much. I had to call the 800 number and found out that they can charge whatever they want for the I insuranc but the coverage that I thought i was buying was only coverage is there was an accident. I bought All of the coverage options to make sure my property was covered. Then to add insult to injury I was charged another $120 for coverage I never asked for while my truck sat here waiting for the movers. U-Haul itself would receive 2 stars and that’s only because the truck its of was excellent.
Angela HThe lock was extremely difficult to open, and once opened, the cabinet door was stuck and couldn't open far enough to get the key out. Upon phoning for help there was no one who could come and remedy the situation. I was forced to spend the night in a hotel and get the truck in the morning, yet I was still charged for picking the truck up the night before. The Uhaul app functions very poorly and was virtually no help whatsoever.
