No one was at this place of business when truck was dropped off. But Richard was very nice as I talked with him on the phone numerous times. I was not the actual person dropping off truck as I was still in Wyoming and daughter in law was the one that drove truck down ahead of winter storm. I did stress to Richard that the truck did leak and had many of my items packed inside the truck damaged. I do feel UHaul should reimburse some if not all of my original cost for truck to cover what has been damaged inside the truck. My daughter in Law and brother were very vocal to me as to how wet the truck was inside and my items wet also.

The location for pickup was changed last minute, the dolley that was ordered was not in the u-haul, when I went to the second location to pick the u-haul up there was a note on the door saying “back in 15” I scheduled the pickup appointment for 5:30 and no one was available for me to pick up the u-haul until 5:50. I was then told that it was changed to an online pick up which I did not originally select. Overall it was a very inconvenient and stressful transaction.
