Not totally the fault of this location but U-Haul as a whole. My reservation was transferred across the street as I was told I needed a larger truck (for the ramp) as well as they had a dolly in inventory. Leveraging remote check-in failed and required interacting with a Rep. The reservation did not properly transfer and I wound up waiting 45min for someone to show up (after I called as their “Back in 15min” sign was still up from the day before and no one would have showed.) I then had to re-do registration in person, only to find out they had no dolly’s in stock. I lost over an hour of my time due to U-haul’s miscommunications and insufficient inventory systems.

Matthew JEquipment was not in working order. I was asked to go pick equipment from a different location. The employee did not want to show me how to operate the equipment and I did not receive compensation for the time and service issues.
