I set my appointment to pickup a truck at 0800. Arrived at 0745. Nobody would answer door. Online UHAUL says that building opens at 0700, the front door on the building shows that it opens at 0800. At 08:00, I called the office. Attendant answered the phone. I waited 15 minutes for someone to come to the door. Took another 20 minutes to get my paperwork completed. After checking out the truck, the attendant three two bags of blankets in the back, and said I was good to go (I rented two bundles of 12---24 blankets). When I arrived at my home to load the truck, I found out that there was on 18 full blankets, and a blanket that had been cut in half for a total of 20 blankets. I didn't have time to drive back to AWD to retrieve the missing blankets. I was driving to my next destination at 0900. When I dropped off the truck in Bulverde, TX. I called AWD to report the 4 missing blankets. The attendant said he would put a note in my account for the missing blankets. The truck was clean and ran well. Just didn't like paying for the extra blankets.
