HENRY CI did not have any of the moving items I requested in the truck. They are closed on the weekend, so I could not talk with anyone. It took me over an hour to get my key with the mobile service. Needless to say, we were behind schedule the rest of the day.

RODNEY JTrailer wasn't swept out, had a few sticks and what looked like what would have been a zero-turn lawnmower had been in there before. The trailer performed great, first time I rented the smaller one. Will definitely rent that size again for smaller loads. Thanks.

peggy bOriginal pick up location scheduled was 2 miles from my house. Rescheduled pickup location was 11 miles from my house. When driving over 500 miles the extra mileage wound up causing me to pay more then I needed too. Also picked truck up with 1/8th of a tank of gas however the system stated it was a quarter tank. I spent an extra $42 for no fault of my own. Pretty disappointing. Both moving groups did well, were easy to work with and communicated professionally.
Joshua YI was charged for Dollie’s and furniture pads. Nine of these items were in the truck. Also, the website was down when trying to rent the truck. Should have known this was going to be not good.
Paula JI ordered a hand truck and was provided no hand truck. I paid for a hand truck and was given no hand truck. I hate U-Haul!!! I will do everything possible to never rent ANYTHING from U-Haul again. I know none of you care so I’m not sure why I’m wasting my time even filing this stupid form out.
Chris FAfter driving 3 miles in the truck and entering interstate traffic, several warning lights came on regarding the brakes. I was asked to call roadside service instead of swapping the truck out (none of that type was available at that location). After calling roadside service I was directed to pull over and wait for a technician. After waiting and the truck being inspected I was told it was just sensors and that it would be fine. I drove 500 miles with warning lights and buzzers. During slow driving I could hear the brakes grinding and was never confident I was going to make it my destination. I was on a tight timeline with my company and suddenly U-Haul's truck issue became mine. I would recommend your locations inspect the vehicles better upon return so that new customers do not have to deal with the previous customers issues. This lack of service and inspection cost me and several of my employees 3 hours of our time. It is not appreciated. The issuing location was otherwise friendly and efficient as was the roadside service technician that came to inspect the vehicle.
ROBERT TTell them to talk to someone because the App is not very user friendly. The App scheduled me to pick up my truck at a unmanned location. When I went to pick up the truck at that location I had to call and get a new location set up. Wasting my time and gas driving to the unmanned location.

CLIFFORD NHad a reservation but on day of pick up we had to wait at least 1.5 hours. There was a problem the car hauler. If we knew there was a problem, we would have gone to someone else. We have used U-haul on several occasions.

JAMIE MVery busy with diesel customers. I had to go around back and hook up trailer without help from staff. The back lot was muddy and a challenge with a 26’ truck without a spotter. The staff was courteous. Need to be patient when picking up at this location.
John BOnce again, and for the last time, your app blew it. You will lose customers if you don't pull it. Regional director had to fix what your app screwed up, but only after another uhaul bp Adkinson office went out of their way to call my situation to regional's attention. I will never recommend uhaul again
Donald GHad two 26' U-Hauls and one was clearly nicer and better maintained. They refused to let me take the nicer one. I had to take the worst truck I have ever rented from U-haul across 7 states. Worst experience.
Oliver DKen the agent was very busy and said we rented in the wrong place but we called their store specifically because it was near our storage shed We had trouble getting the trailer on the truck and had to walk back and get the keys. It took 45 minutes to get the truck and trailer and we were almost late to meet the movers. Later when the trailer was full it popped off the ball and sparks were flying on the interstate. The uhaul roadside assistance never got anyone to help us. We set on the narrow side of interstate for five hours. We would like a refund and a manager to call us at 8083673514. We have rented four trucks in the past two months and this time was the worst

James Kmy U-Haul was not clean, there was like 15 blankets that were dirty and unfolded and I had to fold them when I returned the U-Haul. they weren’t even mine. secondly, my U-Haul had a mess I’ve leak in the back left corner and I have some property damage. there was also an issue with the right hand mirror as it doesn’t stay in place and makes it nearly impossible to see the right side of the truck…
Chylyn TThe UHaul truck rented to us was badly damaged in several places when we picked it up. Immediately took photos of the damages and uploaded them to UHaul so we would not be accused/charged for the damage when we returned the truck.

Jenna LDidn’t tell us we were being charged extra for mileage and we just found it out online. When we called they said call the one eight hundred number and that agent was rude and said call back tomorrow because she was about to get off work. It is hard moving and this was not a good experience
