I wouldn't recommend U-Haul to a friend, I only used you as a last resort to move a lot quickly. Your rates are per day, per 24 hours. The fact that I returned my equipment within 24 hours and U-Haul is trying to charge me twice is false advertisement and a HUGE ISSUE.Cydnie S.

Work on your logistics so I can pick up and drop off at the locations of my choice on one-way rentals. Only got to pick up 1 of 5 times at the location of my choice. Otherwise, no complaints. Truck performed well and drivability was excellent. Thank you!Joseph S.

Too bad IHaul inexplicably charged me almost $100 for equipment usage that didn't exist. I think the individual dealers are great. The company is horrible and dishonest.Dawn B.
I never received a confirmation call from uhaul regarding my reservation and I had to change the pickup location 3 times before I actually found a truck. The scheduling representative was very kind and helpful but the system said there was a truck at a certain location when there actually wasn't more than once. I had to drive 25 miles to finally pick up a truck (passing two other locations in the process). I won't be using uhaul again.Todd H.

You need to offer larger pull behind trailers, about 5/6 ft taller. we could not even stand the mattress up inside the trailer. we had to put it in the back of our pickup truck. If the weather had turned bad, we would have been in trouble with a ruined expensive mattress.ELOUISE W.

Statesboro GA Location: Hooked up 1st car dolly that had a burned out tail lamp. Hooked up second car dolly and loaded my car on to dolly. The dolly was too narrow for my car and correct dolly was not available at the Statesboro location. Had scheduled pickup 2 weeks in advance. Traveled 35 mile to another location that had the correct dolly. Process took an additional 3.5 hours of my day and family member had to follow me in my car to the second location that had the correct dolly. 2nd Location, Auto Aide Sylvania GA: had correct equipment that was in great condition They were very helpful and professional.phillip P.

The compatibility tool for the tow dolly is inaccurate. If I had put my vehicle all the way on the tow dolly it would have torn my front fender off trying to get it off. The staff at this location were wonderful and stayed late on a Friday afternoon to help refund the cost of the tow dolly and find a auto trailer to pick up the next day insteadKrystle W.

We had to use this location after our *RESERVED* U-Haul in Newington, GA was unavailable. Our U-Haul rep told us there were NO trucks at all in our area. Fortunately, we decided to check somewhere ourselves. These people were way more helpful that the actual U-Haul company.Jessica K.
