I had talked to him the day before I rented they said drop it off on Saturday I pick it up on a Saturday and Guyton they weren't going to be there when I dropped it off they said they would check it in on Monday morning they did not I got a call Tuesday morning from U-Haul main office I guess and they said they're charging me an extra day because it was not checked in but I had drop it off pick it up at 8:15 8:30 in the morning drop it off at 3:30 in the afternoon so obviously they did not check it in until Tuesday morning it would be nice if they did what they said they were going to and do it first thing Monday morning instead of me having to spend 14 minutes on hold just to get ahold of somebody in customer service!!

The person who greeted us was horribly rude and made us feel like a problem because we requested six dozen moving pads. She said, with anger, "I wish I would have known you needed so many," but our reservation was quite clear, so her anger should be directed at herself, not at us. She could have read the reservation prior to our arrival. She made us feel like we were real troublemakers because of our needs, and she certainly didn't make us feel like customers. Then, when I asked about recording existing damage to the truck (a giant and long scratch high on the passenger's side), she further got angry with me and explained, "We record all damage when the trucks come in," but I have no way of knowing her system. I certainly don't hope I get charged for that damage, but moreover, her customer service orientation is non-existent. I'd call her rude, unhelpful, and unprepared to be working with customers. I have rented UHaul trucks for five HUGE one-way moves previously, but this sixth experience is the only bad experience I have had. No customer should be subjected to this employee's anger or her bad attitude. Her fellow co-workers were very helpful, but her horrible treatment of us overshadowed anything positive in this location. Please never send any customer back to her.

it was not close to my place.



Asked for help connecting the trailer to the hitch... the guy that helped and showed the features did not hook it up correctly. After leaving the uhaul store the trailer became unlatched, it rolled into the back of my truck and tore up my bumper and license plate. I would rather them tell me he didn't know what he was doing.
