These uHauls should be checked physically, at least once/week. I had issues from the time I got to the lot. I thought the key box would be in front of Auto Aid, I was wrong-it was when you pulled in the driveway (this should have been more specific). I had to use the app, in which that gave me issues on some parts. I then finally got to the UHaul and went to leave and it wouldn't go over 40, the engine sounded like it was gonna come out the vehicle, warning lights were on the dash, and so now I'm mad. I then find out the dolly I rented wasn't even in the uHaul. I ended up calling service. With that said, Customer Service was great. I was refunded my money for the dolly. And, service did come out and fix the uHaul to where it ran correctly, no issues.

Charlie PDrop off after hours was unclear. Phone number was provided, but no direction when called.
JAMES MGreat service and location. After hours pickup but the process was smooth. The ease of picking up the truck was based on this locations truck parking and box location. I will use this location again if I ever need another UHaul vehicle.
CHRISTOPHER CI advise everyone not to use Auto Aid they charged my account over $1000 for a gallon of gas i will NEVER EVER USE U-HAUL SERVICES AGAIN!
Breshunda GJulie at Auto Aid was the lone bright spot in an utterly frustrating experience with Uhaul. I happily recommend Auto Aid. I do not recommend Uhaul. At least I do not recommend using their online reservation process. What should have taken 10 minutes at the most took over an hour and a half.

Sarah MRoadside assistance came because we had a tire issue. They took the truck and returned it for us. Our drop-off location was 6 mi away but they took it to a different drop off location and I got billed $700 extra dollars. That seems extreme to me but what can you do.

Louis AI wouldn't recommend U-Haul to a friend, I only used you as a last resort to move a lot quickly. Your rates are per day, per 24 hours. The fact that I returned my equipment within 24 hours and U-Haul is trying to charge me twice is false advertisement and a HUGE ISSUE.

LAKEYSIA MWork on your logistics so I can pick up and drop off at the locations of my choice on one-way rentals. Only got to pick up 1 of 5 times at the location of my choice. Otherwise, no complaints. Truck performed well and drivability was excellent. Thank you!

Wendell AToo bad IHaul inexplicably charged me almost $100 for equipment usage that didn’t exist. I think the individual dealers are great. The company is horrible and dishonest.
Dawn BI never received a confirmation call from uhaul regarding my reservation and I had to change the pickup location 3 times before I actually found a truck. The scheduling representative was very kind and helpful but the system said there was a truck at a certain location when there actually wasn't more than once. I had to drive 25 miles to finally pick up a truck (passing two other locations in the process). I won't be using uhaul again.

ELZE KYou need to offer larger pull behind trailers, about 5/6 ft taller. we could not even stand the mattress up inside the trailer. we had to put it in the back of our pickup truck. If the weather had turned bad, we would have been in trouble with a ruined expensive mattress.
