I ordered the Uhaul a week prior before we needed it. When the day came, we were sent to 3 different Uhaul locations before we could get a truck. Which put us 3 hours behind schedule. I was told the wrong price and to top everything off we were charged a “cleaning fee†of $27 when we cleaned the truck completely before returning it. I called and spoke to someone who said we would be refunded but I received another receipt today stating that I was still being charged the $27. Highly disappointed in my overall experience.

I returned the truck and car transport trailer after hours and it was a very convenient process; park the equipment and drop the contract & keys in a lock box. The lot was big enough to maneuver the 26' truck and car trailer.

Was charged a "cleaning fee" for odor in the truck. I can understand a "cleaning fee" for COVI19...but not for an "odor" in the back of the truck that held furniture. No food was eaten in the truck. Disappointed in the service.

The Thibodaux location was great we got great customer service. I had trouble with my phone pulling up info and the guy came with his iPad and helped. He was nice and I would go back there.

Lady there was outstanding. Didn't see my reservation for that location to pick up. Showed her my hard copy printed for their and got on the phone and got it squared away. Truck was awesome. 1500.00 mile trip and ride excellent.

I was charged for over 300 miles when I only put 30 miles on the truck. I called the location to discuss and they would not take time to listen to my issue and directed me to 800 number. I feel as I was scammed and I will report to BBB and also dispute with my credit card company as unfair charge. I have camera footage showing the truck parked for most of day in driveway which makes it impossible to have over 300 miles on the truck.

The lady who waited on me was a very nasty person and if you are really concerned with these review requests, someone will address it. The other customer in there told me when she left the room that he was going to talk to her husband about her because she is such a bi_ch! Took the words right out of my mouth. She was curt, short, demanding, rude and downright nasty and she spelled my name wrong!. If she does not like her job, go find another one! I am from south florida where people are generally unpleasant, but as you travel farther north into north Florida and beyond, people are so much nicer. This lady must be from New York, obviously is the owner or there is no one to replace her because she does not care how she treats people at all. By the way, lady if you are reading this... I GAVE YOU MONEY and BUSINESS... YOU ARE WELCOME! I will be checking to see if this is posted for public viewing. i don't have time to write reviews, but this one I was happy to carve out a few minutes of my day to make a quick report.
