This waa a self return facility even during regular business hours. Figured it out but not a fan. For that reason I wouldn't recommend this facility for a return.
Ronald HI met and talked a few times with the lady working there. I stopped by on a Friday to check everything as my pick up was on a Saturday when the location was closed. So I had to use the app for the check in process and to get the key for the truck - that - was horrendous - never again will I do self pick up with the app if I can avoid it. I'm sure it would have been seamless in person but I needed one more day to get everything ready.
DAPHNE CI cant think of a thing. I always have a great experience at this UHaul location.
Robert BMark parking areas for trucks so that customers cannot park there. It complicates trying to take correct photos with mobile pick up
