The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I appreciated all the communication that they provided prior to picking up the rental. It was a really easy process and we were out of there in less than 20 minutes. The only issue was I was originally provided a drop off location that was no longer in business so we just returned it to the Hwy 111 location. That staff was extremely helpful and friendly also. My drop off time took less than 20 minutes also. I would definitely recommend both locations to others. I was extremely pleased with my entire rental process.
