Carlos was EXTREMELY helpful and was able to fix the fiasco created by my pick up location. He was kind, understanding, and fixed the problem for me, as instructed in the notes from the u haul person i spoke to on the phone. I would recommend this location to anyone I know in the area that is in need of their services!!!
