The app to rent the equipment wasn’t working, and the whole renting process was via the app. The gentlemen at the location was very accommodating and saw that I made the reservation when I showed him my phone. I also called U-Haul’s costumer service and the lady I spoke to confirmed reservation so the gentleman at the location let me use the van. After being done with the reservation I couldn’t close out the reservation on my phone, because the app wasn’t working. So I had to call costumer service AGAIN and be transferred two times and put on hold for a long time for them to sort out the issue. After the hassle and time consuming process I wasn’t given any discount. Everyone was very helpful but it took forever just to get the van and close out the process. If Ihaul is going to have the whole process via the app they need to make sure the app works! It was such a headache trying to get the van and close it out. I’m giving a low rating because of the app, not because of anyone involved. Everyone was super helpful, especially the gentleman at the location. He was doing the best he could and give me the service.

The auto repair shop is very busy, and it took 30 minutes for my rental to be ready. But on the whole they were very friendly and helpful.

Weiwei WSomeone needs to check the truck between rentals. The bed of the truck had grease on it, which I discovered when I was loading it and slipped and fell. I had to flattened moving boxes and lay them on the floor, to protect myself and my things for the rest of the move.

Overall a decent place but I wouldn’t go to that location again. Still have not received my final bill (receipt) which I need for work. How can I even get them to send me a copy of that!
