This was definitely the most rickety rusty piece of equipment that I have ever rented from uhaul. Granted it served the purpose but this trailer should be retired.

Charles SFuel was not 1/2. I documented it in my pick- up inspection. Was still charged for fuel after I dropped truck off. I'm disputing the charge. Location should of check prior to charging my card.

ELGIN WBe sure to ask about connecting lights to your vehicle. I found out at my pick up time that I need a special adapter. What bothers me most about this is that I stopped by the day before to make sure they had the motorcycle trailer on the property. The could have advised me, the customer, about any special equipment I needed for the next day. They don't care. They told me to go buy one and come back. They should have the adapters if they are going to be a Uhaul partner. The adapters only cost 13 bucks. They should have some on hand to to use, rent or buy. The Uhaul website doesn't indicate that you will need to provide your own light adapter plug either.
Patrick MWhomever created The reservation ticket they called me Jawanna Jackson after I called customer service and gave them my correct name as Casandra Hanson On the receipt they emailed me still had the name as Jawanna Jackson i believe whomever did that was being a racist asshole!! I will never rent from U-Haul again and I’m going to share this on social media and friends and family members and my husbands union

ELLEN SWaited at 2:00 a.m. to let me know I need a reference when it was supposed to call me by 5:00 that day. The overnight drop box locks were rusty and dirty and I had to play find a truck to pick up my truck

JOHN EAfter going to U-Haul in Forsyth only to find that they had rented the trailer that I had reserved to someone else, i arrived very frustrated to Auto Medics of McDonough LLC. I was met there by Mr. Loeven Daniel, he straitened out the mess that Forsyth U-Haul made, started a new contract walked me out to the trailer, hooked it up for me, checked the lights and again apologized to me for how i had been treated previously in the day by the other U-Haul location. On my way to return the trailer the following day I got caught by a long slow freight train not far from their location, i called Auto Medics of McDonough LLC to let them know my situation because it was only three minutes before their closing time, Loeven answered the phone, he told me to just drive safely and assured me that he would wait for me. when i arrived ten minutes after their normal closing time on a Saturday afternoon Loeven met me in the parking lot with a friendly smile in a drizzling rain showed me where to park the trailer, unhooked the trailer for me offered me a donut and wished me a great Weekend! this young man should not only be a national spokesperson for U-Haul, He should definitely be a highly paid U-Haul agency trainer! I would gladly drive fifty miles out of my way to use Auto Medics of McDonough LLC for all of my U-Haul rentals in the future and highly recommend them to others!

Shonique BIt took me 2 hours to register foe self check out, since mo one was there. Then the dolly I ordered was not there. It was hot and difficult and I spent 1 1/2 hours on the phone.

Tamela GThis location vehicles are not in operational condition due to multiple lights on the dash was illuminated and when I reach out to company they would not accommodate me as far some type of discount based on vehicle.. Door closure sensor was faulty which kept saying close door and tire pressure was faulty with front tire with about 75psi and rear about 55psi .. I will not be renting another U-Haul.

Michelle AThe low tire pressure light kept coming on. I asked before I left but the guy said it was seatbelts. I knew it was tire pressure but the words didn’t show up until after I was driving. They weren’t rude. But they weren’t friendly. They WERE efficient
Penny KThe van was pretty dirty when I got it, and I was just hoping U-Haul wouldn't charge ME for it. When I returned the van, half an hour ahead of closing on Friday, the clerk said he'd check it in "soon," and assured me I could leave. But apparently that was not done til Monday morning. So I was kind of in a state of uncertainty as to whether I'd be getting charged extra for returning it late. But a U-Haul rep called me on Saturday to ensure that I'd returned it and assured me that everything was fine.
John BGreet and walk the customer thru the whole process to build a level of trust instead of rushing thru the process. Then I get overcharged for my transaction making pissed poor excuse on how the overcharge happened after fact.

Laurie WOH MY GOD! WHAT A NIGHTMARE! I have NEVER had a bad experience with U-haul until I ran into these characters! MY FAULT I did NOT take pics, had I done that I would have received a refund but my advise is DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION! Our vehicle had feces on one of the walls, and was filled with maggots and flies and the floor was dirty as if thrown into the back! Why didn't we take pics? First just outright surprised 2nd it was super hot and no matter what we still had to move and this location was closed for the rest of weekend so we couldn't get another truck 3rd the priority was get it cleaned and GET OUT PIcs didn't come to mind until AFTER we were done (DUMB on my part) So renter BEWARE if you want to take a chance on renting from them .... #1 INSPECT vehicle thoroughly #2 if you're in a rush and don't then u might end up cleaning someone else's mess but under NO CIRCUMSTANCES make my mistake and DO TAKE PICS!
GAYLE HMy experience at this location was superb. The front desk attendant was very friendly and personable; she made me feel like I was someone special. In addition, she was quickly attentive to my needs upon receipt and return of the vehicle. What a pleasure!
