The truck that was reserved almost a week in advance was not there. I requested a 20” truck. I was offered a 26” truck or a 10” as a replacement. There was no compensation given & I was suppose to receive a call back from someone to discuss the $50 reservation guarantee. I am highly disappointed and will not use U-Haul in the future
