DAVID RI will never use Uhaul again because of this drop off location. The man mismanaged our account and I had to call customer service numerous times to get a receipt. Worst drop off location.

Mark ZIf you wanna improve the experience for the next customer, I recommend not changing their reservation at the last minute and then charging extra and removing a day that we were supposed to have. Overall terrible experience and will not be using Uhaul again. Would like a refund as I feel scammed.

thijmen vAssign a pick up location closer to your residence. Location was changed 4 times including the day I was on my way to pick up the truck. Each time was further and further away from my starting point. The scheduler April was very helpful and the regional manager was also great.

Robert FThe inside service was very friendly and helpful. The process of actually picking up a trailer and hooking it up which would be quite complicated for a novice, was totally a failure. Both for the staff involved and myself as a customer. And this applies to both ends of the trip! The trip itself was actually a pleasure! The trailer handled beautifully and we had no incidents whatsoever on our 600 mile journey.
Richard BI want to give my appreciation to one particular U-Haul manager, Jamie Brick. I requested a furniture dolly for the move -- we were moving a piano, and simply could not have done it without a dolly. But there wasn't a dolly available when I checked in for our truck. Mr. Brick drove a dolly to the pick-up site, and even arrived before we did. Move went off without a hitch. Thank you, Mr. Brick.

DELLA GThe truck was FULL of german roaches when the owner of the car lot opened up the back for me to see inside. MY SKIN CRAWLED when I saw all those roaches. He the owner of the car lot witnessed them as well and I told him I had to take the U HAUL because I had to get moving. I also told him I was going to buy bombs and set off in the back before any of my belongings were to be put inside. I went and bought the bombs and set off inside the back of the truck and left it closed for about 5 hours before opening it up. When we opened it up there were tons of german roaches dead and we had to sweep the back out to get those nasty things out!! Some people might be nasty and could care less about german roaches but NOT ME!! I personally think people who rent these U HAULS to customers they need to inform them FIRST there has been known that german roaches could be inside and to bomb it just in case whether you see any or not! I would of never dreamed to think of a german roach being inside these trucks but I am so thankful, so thankful they were out in seeing distance for me to find this out because I have never had roaches in my home and I sure don't want to bring them In my home from some other source like this!! Just please WARN people of this just in case!!!

APRIL AI was told there that the trailer should never have been rented because of the size of my truck . It could have been even worse than it already was
marion nThe cab of the truck was sticky and smelled inside when we picked it up. There were unmarked dings on the outside of the truck that the person in charge dismissed as too small to worry about, but yet were bigger than other marked scratches.

jason sYou need to get it together. I spent time doing pre check in last night. You did not put it on the computer and Mr. Ingram had to scramble because you leased the same trailer to another woman. It took over 40 minutes to check in again once we found out I had in fact reserved.
BARRY STurned in vehicle night before it was due but because the people checking it in decided to wait to check it in we got charged another day 45 bucks. Terrible lazy service. Will not be working with this location again. Nor recommend it

JOSHUA EThe old man running the business is extremely rude and uneducated,I had an issue on being charged for an extra day on my card and when I called to ask someone about it he said to me life is too short for this and continued to tell me those same words...I told him on the email that was sent to me on the final bill said I returned the truck on 12/24 at 8:50 am when that was not true,the vehicle was returned on 12/23 at 3:18pm...He then said I was lying because he was there until 3pm,I tried calling a few times and not until I called U Haul I found out that they close at 1pm on Wednesdays and I again told him I returned it at 3:18pm and that would be why he wasn't there because 3:18 pm is after 3pm so we missed each other by approximately 18 mins...He then said he wouldn't do anything about it and to call 1-800-U Haul, I explained to him that he put the wrong return date/time and closed my card out so that's why I was calling him about the issue and not U -Haul he then said that he didn't give a shit to call 1-800-U Haul and tell them my problem and for me to tell 1-800- U Haul that he didn't give a shit and life was too short...Very unprofessional and got angry very fast on the phone and cursed at me,I DO NOT recommend the U-Haul dealer at all I would suggest using someone from Athens.

roy wI had a great experience with the Comer store. However, our order was mixed up from the beginning and our charge was more than double what we were told over the phone. We tried multiple times to call and make a claim, and haven't heard back from the people we were supposed to. I would never recommend U-Haul as a corporation because of the poor customer service we received after the mistakes that were made.
Alexandria Edo not send them to section 8 fabrication- I was suppose to pick up truck here and they were closed - couldn't contact anyone- U-Haul sent us to auto outlet next- very friendly but truck had a greasy residue all on the floor so we had to clean it before we could load it with our furniture

JURGEN NI did try to call the toll-free number to possibly change the drop off location. I was on the phone way too long and got shifted a couple of times and I finally just dropped the call.
