we did not get the dolley we ordered. we were sent to a different location for pickup and our drop off time was shortened and our truck was bigger than we oredered
thijmen V.Assign a pick up location closer to your residence. Location was changed 4 times including the day I was on my way to pick up the truck. Each time was further and further away from my starting point. The scheduler April was very helpful and the regional manager was also great.

Robert F.The inside service was very friendly and helpful. The process of actually picking up a trailer and hooking it up which would be quite complicated for a novice, was totally a failure. Both for the staff involved and myself as a customer. And this applies to both ends of the trip! The trip itself was actually a pleasure! The trailer handled beautifully and we had no incidents whatsoever on our 600 mile journey.
