Chose mobile pickup, which was a good thing because no one was even at the open shop, but a bad thing because the directions to access the keys weren’t correct. The shop didn’t answer their listed phone number the first 3 times I called either. Finally got a U-Haul CSR on the phone, who couldn’t help either, then the shop called me back. They had me walk through the whole store, including the office and garage to look for the keys. The keys were no where. Eventually I found the keys in the unlocked truck

No check in. Charged for more fuel despite adding fuel before returning truck. No assistance or receipt or paperwork from this location. Very disappointed.

TERRANCE JI had a reservation at 4pm. I requested for someone to be there in-person for the pick up as requested. When I arrived, no one there to assist me. I called the number provided and someone was readily available to help me. But it was very inconvenient as I had to wait longer to receive my U-Haul due to no one being there. Not only did the process take longer, but I had to move another U-Haul out of the way in order to get the one assigned to me. This was not an ideal pick up.
