It was easy and fast to pick up the truck. I don't like using the mobile check-in, the gentleman that helped me was very efficient, professional and had great customer service. It was quick and easy and drove off within minutes. I have to say the same for returning the truck as well. They made it so easy and no worries and everything else so I highly recommend this location. Best location I've ever rented from and I've been renting from U-Haul for trucks, storage, materials for decades , from the Pacific Northwest all the way to the Atlantic and all in between. Hands down the staff, efficiency, customer service and trucks , The best I have ever dealt with.

The phone service was not kind I know they stand by for 24 hours but too. Cold and the app is little tricky to me even I'm 34. I think my parents can not handle when they have to by then selfs for all the steps..
Brandon KGuy at the desk couldn't be bothered to help me while talking to his buddy. When he finally got around to renting me the truck, not only did he not go out with me to inspect the truck, he didn't even bother to help open the door while I struggled with the blankets I rented. When I got the vehicle to my home (just a few miles from the rental place) and the movers showed up, they said that I should not drive with that tire and I had to call UHaul Roadside assistance to change the tire. This process took several hours, I would hear that someone was coming and then they didn't show up, on and on. Finally, someone came to help and change the tire, and did an inspection on all of the tires and saw that the other front tire had a deep slash in the tire -- he said it was completely unacceptable and a safety risk for me to drive on that tire and so he changed that one too. Basically, the rudeness and ineptitude of the guy at AutoPrada literally put my life at risk. I can't begin to imagine a worse possible experience with UHaul than I had at this location, and I'm grateful for the Roadside Assistant professional who showed up. He quite literally saved my life and everything I own. I will note that I ended up having to delay my move which also ended up adding unplanned expenses to my overall move, including the expense of last minute rescheduling movers at my destination for another day. All of this could have easily been avoided had you had someone with the slightest level of professionalism at the pick-up location.
KARI BFor the 3rd time in a row, they charged me for 2 gallons of gas which, for the 3rd time, you all have reversed. It seems adding 2 gallons of gas to the invoice is a profit center.
Jason ONo information was given. I signed some papers he gave me the key and moved to the next customer. He didn’t tell me that there was little to no gas in the tank or that the drop off location was different. They also overestimated how much has was left based on how they marked how much I started with on the form. I returned it with as much as I got it with but was charged extra for gas.
ROBERT NOnly problem I had is I received 3 different charge receipts and I'm confused on why? Maybe someone can call me and explain. Otherwise the rental of the U-Haul Van was fine.

LERAE HDidn't have to do anything other than drive up and hand over the keys. The person who met me outside was warm and friendly. Easiest rental drop off ever. Didn't get hit with any surprise funds afterwards which was awesome. Would absolutely drop off here again.

KEVIN WThe strap that was provided in the back was missing the belt portion. The passenger seat belt was stuck and we could not use it. And the middle seat's belt was not adjusting. The belts need to be fixed for safety reasons.

Jordan EPart of the problem was U-Haul's computer system which was molasses slow. The other issue was that the agents at AutoPrada hadn't checked in the returned vehicles before we arrived AND the first agent started to rent us a vehicle that was designated local only and could not be taken from Portland to Medford. Another agent came to help, Zack, and was able to get our 15 foot truck assigned, but it took FOREVER and he was clearly frustrated with the process as well.
VIRGINIA RWork on the app (at corporate level). I was unable to complete the check-in process on the app. (Wouldn't go past the photos screen) The staff were quite understanding and accommodating.
PETER CI had a $38 dollar reservation and have been charged over $125! What gives!!

ANGELO AI was overcharged for fuel. This is more a problem with UHaul's app rather than this location. When I picked up the vehicle the app overstated the fuel that was in the vehicle. When I checked out the vehicle I noted the correct, low fuel level and photographed the fuel gauge. I returned the vehicle with slightly more fuel than when I left. I told an attendant this when I returned the vehicle. Yet I was charged for fuel on my final bill. This is the 2nd rental I've made in ~6 months at a licensed UHaul location. Your app is incredibly unreliable, returns multiple errors every time I use it, can't take photos at time, etc. I will no longer be renting from licensed locations. This just does not work.

SYDNEY BWhole thing felt shady. I rented a cargo van for two hours for use in town. The website advertises $19.95 for the van. The revised quote at pick up with the mileage charge and taxes was $53. Fine. I authorized a charge to my card for that amount. The charge that showed up on my bank statement was $72.85. Never an explanation. Then I saw another charge two days later for an additional $19.95. I paid $92.80 total on what should have been $53. Does not feel right. Truck Reservation # 14993690 Researved 11/15/2024

LISE LYou only gave me enough miles to drive from the Portland Uhaul location to The Dalles Uhaul location. No mile to go to the house in the Portland area and then to my home in the hills above The Dalles Uhaul location and then to drop it off. I got a whopping $85 charge. That was outargues!!!
