Best Uhaul location I've been to so far. Only hiccup is that they don't allow after hours drop-off, which was unclear from the website. I'd suggest that you make it more clear that you must drop off during their business hours because it had a huge impact and I had to cut my moving plans short to get the van back in time.

This location did not a dolly ready for me. They sent me to another location saying that there would be a dolly for me to pick up (5520 NE Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Portland, OR 97211). This location decided to give me a dolly saying that they weren't affiliated with 2111 NE MLK. This made our move significantly more difficult.
Keila SEverything went smoothly, and you can’t ask for much more on moving day! The inside of the cargo area was a bit dirty, but nothing crazy.
Sarah HMake customers aware that there are NO supplies available at this location. Convenient and easy access, nice staff. However, I was overcharged by over $100 when U-Haul moved my rental to this location and I had to file a dispute.
Michele FWhen we arrived at the location, there was no one around. After waiting for 10 mns I went in search and finally found someone. Told him I was dropping off a UHaul truck, on Friday 7/24, not 7/26, and I gave him the key and was told to leave the dolly by tge front counter. Thinking this was final done, I was absolutely shocked to get a text the next morning stating they don’t have the key. So I have to call again to get this sorted out as I had turned in the key. For a simple move this was a nightmare and will look to other rental companies in the future.
