Dave RExtra $15 insurance was applied to the bill by U-Haul even though we declined it. Had to call to get the charge removed. From the comments it seems like this happens a lot.
Terry AI forgot her first name, but her last name started with Van. She is AWESOME!! Incredible support, super friendly and chill personality, and is just a genuine person I really enjoyed interacting with. Regarding the location itself, its such a cool place and makes me want to invest in badass speakers. Will come back!
