Could not have been a better experience. Super fast at the checkout desk, van was ready to go and clean and entire experience was great. On checking out/turning in the van wait time was very low and efficient. Next time I need a van or truck I will work with this U-Haul dealter.

Rude customer service, bad hours, trucks don’t seem organized, very hostile and accusatory employees
Jaelyn WHand trucks, blankets, and moving supplies left in the back of the truck from previous user. That tells me the guys that do the inspection on the truck before it goes out again, just didn't bother
