Extra $15 insurance was applied to the bill by U-Haul even though we declined it. Had to call to get the charge removed. From the comments it seems like this happens a lot.

Incredible support, super friendly and chill personality, and is just a genuine person I really enjoyed interacting with. Regarding the location itself, its such a cool place and makes me want to invest in badass speakers. Will come back!

Lawrence SCould not have been a better experience. Super fast at the checkout desk, van was ready to go and clean and entire experience was great. On checking out/turning in the van wait time was very low and efficient. Next time I need a van or truck I will work with this U-Haul dealter.
