Abdullah AUhaul is a easy rental company since Canada has no competition. That's why Arizona plates??? I picked a uhaul up with no fuel. Had to fuel it to leave the rental 4 months ago and paid extra. This round dropped it off with an extra half a tank. Was told they don't give credit for extra fuel.... just rape you on less fuel I guess.

Mark AThe location at the drop off point is fairly clean it's just crowded and not very organized for the space and the product not a huge fan of the gentleman that owns that business. He shows in the actions and he's not about to hurry for anybody especially if you're moving and you're tired or your need to the location and don't know anyone he is not very friendly and I'm very helpful and he doesn't speak very good English

Rajveer GI only needed to rent the trailer for an hour to transport a vehicle locally. It would be nice if you had an hourly rental rate even if it was a third of the daily rate it would be worth it.

Peter LUnfortunately, due to the location, there are a lot of drugged out addics around the entrance, and the woman in the U-Haul had to keep the door locked. And no fault of hers, if I was in there with passed out, and semi passed out Addie’s were in front of my shop, I would keep it locked as well. The drop off was very quick and efficient.

Leo GWhen a customer makes a reservation that customer should be informed before arriving at the pickup location that the last family has not returned the truck I reserved is not back yet. However, after our initial shock, U-Haul customer service did an outstanding job to ensure our moving day worked out. Top marks for the U-Haul team that made our experience as good as it was.
Kevin LStaff were brilliant and so helpful. Not the location but Uhaul overall - sent a txt with a link to confirm vehicle registration and damages but I was in a town with little/no cell reception so couldn’t complete it. Maybe have it done on site before getting the keys or in paper.

Christina HWhen dropping off we tried to mention that we had an extra dolly in the truck. As there was only 1 available (we reserved 2) at pickup location we had to scramble around for another one. I think it was put under a separate order. I asked if he wanted me to stick around and sort out any possible issues but he just took the keys and said no need. This didn’t leave me confident that it was ok.

Jenelle LI ordered a truck from Red Deer, AB but they phoned me the day before to say that they only had one in Wetaskiwin, AB. So I went there and collected it from there and left my vehicle. Once the job was done I phoned to find out whether I could return it to Wetaskiwin instead of Edmonton so that I could collect my car. So you charged me an extra $150. Why did they not tell me this before? I could have made a plan. I did not change the order

Richard JI would not recommend uhaul at all to anyone not because of the locations because of the service from uhaul itself and the moving help. It has been horrible from start to finish.
Vicki HMan at counter read his mail as I was standing in front of him. Box of truck was very dirty. Had to clean before using.
Linda RI did not get the vehicle from the location that I wanted and when I returned the vehicle I had an additional charge of 67 km added to my bill. If I had gotten the vehicle from the Leduc location I would have never incurred this charge. I was not pleased with that part of the service
