Corrine DThe drop off was Chilcotin Market Williams Lake BC The hitch was impossible to remove as there has been no maintenance. The U-Haul rep gave us permission to get the hitch off on any way possible as it would not decouple. The bolt mechanism was bent. We called the online service help. No one came. We had to find someone to help us lift the hitch off and unscrew the bolt. This took nearly two hours to do
