Almost caused accidents because the tires are not is good condition. Its winter here in quebec not arizona. The employee gave me good advices and how buttons works. But the equipment was dangerous and really not safety. I paid way too much for risking my life many time this day.

The truck was really worn out... Covered in rust. The right door was making so much noise with the wind that we could not even hear the radio. The 2 12v plugs were not fonctionnal. In short, that truck needs A LOT of love, or pure retirement. I feel that what I paid for, regarding the condition of the vehicule, was too expensive.

Make sure your workers can access the computer : the boss was on the road and an old guy ask me to repeat all the informations I already gave on your website for my reservation.
Also, the gas level to respect is 5/8 of the tank ? A very tough and stange level to adjust at the gas station. Why not full ? Or half the tank ?
But overall, the job was done perfectly and the truck was clean.

Online reservations should be immediately sent to the location instead of a month in advance. I asked for a 26' truck and had to take a 15'. Service was beyond excellent at the location but there should be a better communication between the online platform and the pickup locations.
