The Representative at the location went overboard to help out. I was in a situation where I needed to haul a motorcycle to Toronto from Alma, over the weekend. I absolutely needed a trailer, totally unplanned, and I was not prepared.. no reservation, and arrived at the location at 4:30pm on a Friday evening. He stayed well after(almost an hour) the regular working hours just to help me out, set the whole thing up, loaded my motorcycle on the trailer, and made sure I was all set for the 1000+km drive The best service I have come across.

J ai voulu le louer rendu a Québec et le laisser a jonquiere près de chez moi et j ai trouver ca vraiment chère. Genre 270$ pour faire quebec Saguenay au lieux de 50$ pour Saguenay ,Québec,Saguenay. Merci très bon service .
claude sI still can’t believe that you cannot guarantee that the pickup location will be the same as the one selected during the reservation. I was told 2 days before my pickup that in had to drive 4 hours to a different location to pickup my trailer. This is the worst customer experience I‘ve ever encountered to be honest, even with the 50% off
