It took a long, long time to get the rental. The employe wrote all my information on a loose paper piece before chatting for 15+ min. Nice guy but we were a bit in a rush with the moving team. The truck itself was not clean (cigarets butts in the cup compartment) and dusty overall. The steering wheel was poorly aligned and transmission seemed to suffer a bit despite being less than 86K miles for a 2016. I would recommend to a friend the 15-footer but not on long distance haul (due to poor maintenance of the vehicule). Still, very useful for moving stuff around.

- One of the safety cable was missing/damaged, was told by rep this was ok. - The right tail light was not working, although right brake/flasher was working, was told by rep this was ok. - The connection harness had bare copper showing on the wire, had to fix it myself.
