Great experience! Besides the app crashing while getting the key and being unable to get back to the screen to take pictures of U-Haul to start it, it was easy and very convenient.

SHAREEFAH SI even told this gentleman at this location how nice it was to work with them...for several weeks before I actually booked the truck we had lots of questions about how things worked and every time I called they went out of their way to answer all my questions...it was a particularly difficult move and involved several stops so it helped to know about the equipment and the truck and how things worked with regard to schedule and drop off...

justin LIt was horrible trying to pick up my uhaul. I called customer service twice and they couldn’t help me and was completely rude to me. I had to go through the app to get a code to open lock box for the key. Took me over an hour and had to rush moving my belongings. I paid for 8 hours and got 7 hours. I felt rushed and very disappointed.
Melanie BThe reason I gave average ranking is the u-haul app. I had a terrible time trying to pick up the truck. I had to switch to the web site on my phone to get my location to register. I also had to take a picture of my Drivers license and send it over my phone. why couldn't the web site ask for that when I reserved the truck. I have security on my computer. phones are to easy to hack. with this problem it took close to 30 minutes to pick up the truck.

dawn dTow dolly was covered in ice & snow. I had to park in my garage for several hours to unthaw the tire straps, and ramps.
James MWhere we parked, the gas guage showed us as being exactly where it needed to be. However, the truck was moved and then checked and as a result, showed being below where it needed to be. So we were not only charged for gas, but charged a service charge. Being disputed. We were also charged an after hours charge for not using mobile check in. We had no cell service. Also being disputed. We have been dedicated U-Haul customers over the past 15 years and we have never left a vehicle dirty or without the proper amount of gas. I believe given the amount of money we have spent at U-Haul through the years, we would be given the benefit of the doubt. Very disappointed.

Joseph HThis was so easy and fast. But I would suggest adding a note in the video about the need for an alternative contact. We had to scramble while sitting at the location to find someone up and near their phone to use.
