Abe HVery efficient and customer oriented staff. Attended ti me very promptly and explained everything very nicely. Got truck very quickly. Vehicle was clean and well maintained. At end of first day, Justin phoned me and gave a friendly reminder that vehicle was supposed to be returned and checked whether I needed one more day. I said I needed one more day and he made a quick note and said everything was taken care of regarding extension. On return of vehicle, check in was prompt and staff were very friendly and courteous. Overall, a very pleasant experience. I will definitely visit this location for my UHaul rentals.

VERONICA AI am giving 5 stars because the location opened on time, helped me adjust my order, and delivered my truck on time and in good shape. For additional context, the facility is what you might expect for a Uhaul rental. No frills and in a depressed shopping area. It is probably one way Uhaul keeps their rates so competitive, but good to know in a case your expectations are high for newness and aesthetics.

Jeffrey JOn the morning of my move, just barely in an hour or so I got a phone call from the Iliff location telling me people were waiting for my truck and I needed to drop it off. He made it clear of it. you know, I had picked it up the day before, and I should be done with it. How frustrating that I had already gone through everything prior just to go through it again. When I did drop off the truck in a very condescending manner, he told me that he had an extra day at no charge. This had set up two days before and the fact that I would have to go through it again making me feel like I was in the wrong is very frustrating and disheartening. No I definitely would not recommend the Iliff location to anyone.
GEORGIANN WIt started with the key not working, I had to giggle the key, turn it around and push the plate around the key entry to get the truck to start. The door didn't shut tight so there was a constant air noise as I drove. The windshield was filthy from the inside, they had tried to wipe it but it only smeared. It was dangerous driving into the sun. The sun visor latch on the drivers side was broken. The truck didn't have a ramp. I felt nervous driving this vehicle. I will never rent from this location again.

Stephen RThe staff was great and we had no trouble with the truck until we brought it back after hours where the lot was full... if not on the lot we could be fined so it was quite the hassle to get 90% of the truck into the lot.
Teresa SI didn't realize the gas tank was on empty.So when I loaded the truck and went to move the next day I realized I had to go get gas before.I could even begin to move. I'm sure he told me that I had a full take.And I needed to return a full take and that was not the case. So a hundred and one dollars to make one trip and seventy five dollars in the gastink that I didn't even get to use and was not remembered

BOUSSAD SNothing, everything went as planned!
jeff rCheck-out and check-in were quick and painless, thanks. The truck was older, when I got out after driving it smelled like hot oil (or maybe coolant), but it operated fine and gauges didn't indicate any problem. I swept it out after I was finished with it and was sweeping out debris besides mine - nothing big but just obvious it hadn't been done in a while. And the ramp seemed to have oily residue on it, like it needed to be pressure-washed.
