We rented a 5 x 9 trailer with ramp. When we arrived, we noticed a smaller 4 x 9 trailer with ramp and asked if we could exchange and the great staff helped us rent the smaller trailer. Everything went smoothly and was handled well.

It is a small location, which cannot be fixed. The lobby area is tight and was ok as far as cleanliness. The people that were working were nice.

Lori WThe staff was very accommodating and tentative to our needs. I wish they had more knowledge about the operations of different brands of trucks. A trailer tow indicator light on the dash was on which contributed to a noise they didn’t have any knowledge of addressing it.
