The fuel level was closer to 3/8 but they did the paperwork saying it was at half a tank to start with, not the end of the world. Bigger deal, I have not received a receipt since turning the vehicle back in ( they said it would be emailed) so who knows what I was finally charged. Receipt is required for my expense report so I guess I have to carve out some time to call and ask for it.Patrick Y.

We were told we could drop off the truck at any location on Saturday. At 7:30am we received a call that this location needed our truck for a family at 8:00am. We were more than an hour from the location. We rushed over and my husband received another call saying we would be charged for inhibiting the location from renting the truck, and for another day's rental. The representative then told my husband he needed to return the truck to the original location, which was Texas not Colorado. When my husband said he would happily drive the thing back, and really screw over the shop in Colorado, your representative realized he was wrong but only continued to slander my husband. Absolute worst experience ever...we will never rent U-Haul again.Dillon L.
Void the dealership at I-25 and Mississippi, they absolutely suck. Thus location, Autoworks Service and Repair are awesome. You could learn the proper way to run your business with these folks. They were fr iui endless, helpful and professionalRAYMOND L.

My receipt was emailed within minutes after dropping it off and I could see immediately what was charged and there weren't additional surprises. It was flipping fantastic! I was in and out of there in a FLASH! I'm still in amazement over how organized and smooth a transaction that was...oh if ONLY renting a car could EVER be that quick and simple. I believe the pre-check in online helped the process. Very smart all around. Drop off was even quicker...were that possible. Maybe it's just the high degree of organization of the office on Iliff at Buckley in Aurora, but I am incredibly impressed and grateful. Thank you!Janice C.

The experience with this location was excellent, however my experience with UHaul prior to that was some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was on the phone for 1 hour and transferred to about 5 different individuals. Only 2 individuals were helpful and they were Josiah and Lavonne. I'm curious, why do you have individuals Make a reservation and request When the time and location request are Not honored or even close? The notification of this change was less than 12 hours from the original time request I made. Many of the individuals on the phone kept saying they couldn't help because that was not their area/location. I was transferred to someone in Missouri and one representative was incredibly rude stating she was supposed to be done and couldn't help because I was out of her area. I suggest that someone in your company look at this process and figure out how to improve your process and customer service.ALLEN A.

No clearly marked drop of location, as well as location was completely full with other Uhaul equipment causing several rentals, including mine to be parked in another close parking lot, but making me think I was not suppose to be parking there. Also, dropbox for keys was very confusing to me and another customer also dropping off equipment. We put our keys into the mail slot by the sign for after hours returns but still have no idea if we put them in the right location.Matthew G.

Don't tell your customers at the last minute that you don't have the size truck that they reserved. This was a headache I had to squeeze items in uhaul and I have to pay extra for storage.George P.

Staff wasn't helpful at all. I informed the staff that the truck I used was having hard time shifting gears and engine was too loud and wouldn't go over 50miles and the staff said that Uhaul truck is not made to drive fast. I was planning to use the truck throughout the day but I decided to return it after one trip coz I didn't wana cause any more damage to the truck. I've used Uhaul trucks in the past and never had any issues but this time.AVINESH C.
