App sucked. Took an hour to get the truck.

Workers didn't know anything about the uhaul. They kept telling me to look for code in text from uhaul as they didn't have the key. Didn't get one. Finally after about 45 min, one of them went to get manager who knew how to manually log into computer to help me get this rental. I believe the workers need to be trained on how to rent uhaul. No uhaul called me the night before

My drop off location was closed as all other near locations. I dropped off on a Saturday around 3:30pm. I can't give a review to service being that no one was there. There were instructions as to where to park the uhaul which was convenient.

It would be great to add a "what to do" card in the cab. The tire pressure warning was on the entire time I had the van. From times past I understood the change in outside temps likely caused the issue. Still it would be good to have something "official" citing when to worry and when it is okay.

Nothing, Perfect! The only issue I had was having to take pictures of the whole Van when it was 19 Degrees out, LOL!

The back of the van should have been swept out. I cleaned it before I moved my mattresses.

Everything went well until I was returning the vehicle. The mobile return was not working well at all, closed me out before finishing taking exterior photos of the truck and just finished my return. I was opted out of the Safe Move for $15 upon reservation confirmation and declined it at return. I was still fraudulently charged this amount without my consent!! And I want my $15 back today!
