We arrived early and they accommadated us. My reservation email said 8am and then when I got there it said 10am as did the app when I downloaded it. The truck was old and the gas gauge was off. So we ended up putting in $28 of gas for a 20 mile drive. This is an equipment issue.

maleane lThis doesn’t have much to do with the location. The U-haul online check in is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Me and my wife waited a half hour to verify her because u-haul needs a second person. After waiting and not getting a response I went inside and the guy at the location was very helpful and gave me a phone number to call. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very nice. I finally got my rental but the online check in still wasn’t working.
