GORDON SI faced several issues when trying to pick up the truck initially. The lady at the Avid facility was lovely and guided me through the entire process. First, we had to call U-Haul because, even though the truck was physically right in front of us, it wasn’t marked as available in the system. Then, while uploading the required pictures, the app failed to upload them correctly, and it didn’t recognize the license plate photo, which led to another call to U-Haul. Thankfully, the U-Haul representative eventually allowed me to proceed without uploading the pictures, and we were finally on our way. Despite the rocky start, everything else went smoothly. The truck was perfect, and we didn’t encounter any further issues.

I got to my destination turn the truck in a day early talk to a manager asi was told but he said he can't help I have to talk to the rental pick up location about the alignment. I can't get helpno where I'm getting the run around...

Marcia SI was already running a bit late to pick up & when I get there I was just standing there for about 10 to 15 min because guy was on the phone with another customer. The guy was nice and friendly though but pick up and drop off were not as easy as I thought it’d be. There was no trash in u haul but the dash area was not clean at all, sticky spots near the cup holders so I gave it just a little wipe down on dash. No service in this area so I couldn’t drop off u haul properly through the online check out in app. Tried there for about 30 mins never loaded finally I had to call customer service just to help and make sure drop off was complete.

Peter GI tried sharing my location several times when returning the truck but It didn’t work even after I changed my settings. You may need to look into that. Every other thing went smoothly. I like that it was easy to return.

Tiffney BDrop off after hours super easy. Provided pictures. And was charged exactly what I was told. Good experience. Except late to originally pick up truck and didn't realize they rented out our truck and had to get another one.
Beth MWhen the rental was picked up it had about a half tank more specific 5/8 of the tank, but the employee that helped us tried to say that it was at 3/4 when we corrected him he changed it in the computer, we watched him change it, but would not give a new receipt and after we left changed the fuel level AGAIN not to what it was supposed to be, not to 3/4 but to a full tank (15/16). We were already done with our move and turning in the truck before we were told of the change. Very unprofessional and petty. The single employee that was working the location had an attitude and I'm very displeased by everything that happened here.

Justin BI had difficulty booking my truck and movers on line. I called this guy, he said he could not help me, he was only a pickup/ dropoff location. When I made the reservation he had no pads. When I went to pickup the truck, he would not allow me to park my car on his property. I had to park 1/4 mile down the road at Sunoco, and walk back, same thing when I returned the truck. Also I filled everything out on line, had a confirmation, he said they did not receive my info. This location sucks!
GLENN WI didn’t know it was a UHaul until I went to the locked front door. There was one sticker in the door that said UHaul. I tried calling to see if I was in the right place. No other UHaul equipment in sight. I’m still not sure I parked in the right place, but no one was there to ask, and I couldn’t get anyone on the phone.
Janna WThe truck smelled like dog and there was dog hair all over the cab. It looked like there was no attempt to clean or sanitize the cab. The passenger side wiper blade was missing. We didn’t notice until we were on the road in a rain storm. We tried to call roadside assistance twice and were on hold for over 45 minutes each time before giving up and finding an autozone to get one.

Ashley SI just want to add that the rep Lisa Perry was absolutely amazing. This was my first time having to use a rental truck and Lisa was beyond patient with my millions of questions and made the ins and outs of the rental process such a breeze. I was so pleased with her help that I grabbed cards and hope others go that way for an easy rental experience!

Dusty TI was not pleased with the associate that helped me out, I rented the truck for 24hrs I put about 15 miles maybe 20 miles on the uhaul. The associate wanted to charge me 44 miles that I DID NOT!! Put. I was very upset, and not pleased either she was trying to over charge me or the company’s uhaul mileage was messed up. If this incident occurs again I do not recommend the service to anyone.
