Upon picking up the truck, the establishment was closed. We didn’t get the approval from the app and couldn’t move forward to the online process and could not get someone in person as in the rental office there was no one onsite. Hours of business indicated someone should be at the office; however no one was there. Called the 1800 number whom they instructed how to get to the bolt and provided the code to open the lock and obtain the keys to the truck. Then when it was time to upload the pictures the app was not uploading the pics. Called the number again which they instructed not to worry. It was a bad experience. Too complicated as well as the app was not easy to navigate.

Gary AUpdate your Moving Labor website. We paid a deposit of $50.00 to J's Reliable Relocators out of Dallas Texas on May the 19th for two mover helpers for May the 28th in Quinlan Texas . He also goes my J's Mover. . I spoke to J the owner @414 pm on Wednesday May the 27 to confirm that he would be there the next morning at 8AM. And then he called me back at 722 pm and said that he would not be there because U-Haul had stated his hourly rate was $186.00 per hour instead of $186.00 for two hours. The night before his commitment to move us the price doubled. He stated that he would refund me because he wasn't going to do the job for $186.00. As of today he has not refunded me my deposit. He continues to say that he will give it to his wife to pay me the refund me.
