Maybe tell the customer that there is a charge for after hours drop off instead of just charging there card without their knowledge....very unprofessional and disappointing

I just want to add that the rep Lisa Perry was absolutely amazing. This was my first time having to use a rental truck and Lisa was beyond patient with my millions of questions and made the ins and outs of the rental process such a breeze. I was so pleased with her help that I grabbed cards and hope others go that way for an easy rental experience!

I was not pleased with the associate that helped me out, I rented the truck for 24hrs I put about 15 miles maybe 20 miles on the uhaul. The associate wanted to charge me 44 miles that I DID NOT!! Put. I was very upset, and not pleased either she was trying to over charge me or the company's uhaul mileage was messed up. If this incident occurs again I do not recommend the service to anyone.
Stop with all your â€œpoliciesâ€ Requirement to purchase insurance Requirement of a specific padlock Requirement to check U-Haul truck in myself thru your app. All unnecessary costs passed onto customer. These Should ALL BE OPTIONAL NOT REQUIREMENTS Will go with Penske for future needs on moving trucks. U-Haul has lost touch with customers and needs to go back to who they were as a company.
not a thing staff was warm and friendly took the ti.e to clean truck before i took it off lot. highly recommended all tent from this facility.

Had major issues in turn in location changes during the return trip not being a 24 hour location. Went through 24 hour clerks, who had no overnight authority to change location- one site J&R min storage had no space at all outside gates with limited hours. Need to be able to turn in after hours to reduce work hours loss o a one way move. Clerks need to have 24 hour site always available. Resulted in turn in at a third site, tired and sweaty from a 450 mile run plus two hour offload, then turn in site runaround two more hours before resolving on day two, a Sunday.either software cut me off twiice, or operators did, unnamed, and Grace. Got solution advice from Jennifer, but promised notes on our phone all did not make into system for turn in record. Had to repeat all with customer service rep Joyce, given right info and completed the on line turn in. Have not received confirm (after Cob first workday after, that turn in was successful with no additional cost Not happy on the turn in process for a one way.

Asked what an extra day for the rental would cost. Got charged for it turned it in on the original return date and the returning location rep failed to turn it in and got charged for a day I didn't want or use.
The person referring the vehicle to ME would NOT accept my cash and made me use my card well first off THEY charged me the correct amount of $140 and stone change THEN when i dropped the vehicle off THAT lady gave me a receipt of $63 and done change well they actually charged MY card $263and some change.... I NEVER wanted to use the card in the first place BUT I was forced to.... Now i know why.... The lady at the kingsville location is robbing people by using fake receipts....

Customer service at this location was awesome. However customer service at 1800gouhaul was not. Set up a truck pick up at a different location at 11 and drove from out of town to pick up the truck and they did not have one for us. No explanation just call 1800#. Was told that she rejected it and no one called me to say it had changed. Took an hour and a half to get the truck. From travel and poor internet service. And I did the express check in. And the rubber around the windshield was ripped off and slapping loudly on the roof of the cab for 200 miles. Horrible experience
