Similar situation when dropping off the vehicle. 3. The truck itself was flawless, and it was easy to operate.

Tina HerronTruck was dirty inside cab. There was mud on both the driver side floor and passenger side floor. It was obvious that it was not checked or serviced before I got it. The back inside of truck was not swept out as there were leaves inside. I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the truck. The guy on site only had me do the online checkin and just gave me the key and told me that was my truck - he did not come out and show me anything regarding the truck. There was just over 3/4 tank of gas in truck when I got it but paperwork said to return at 15/16 of tank or will be charged extra. This was not accurate but I returned with full tank.
Joe DeMarkMy reservation price was less. They added a 14.oo fee not on my original estimate. They called it, " Safe Move". I demand a refund of this fee. And, the rental agents barely spoke English, which made the renatal Difficult. The Truck was Dirty too.
Michael ZerzanekThe store owners were extremely rude and did not act in a professional way at all. U-Haul truck was dirty in the front cab and in the back of the truck box. Felt I made a big mistake renting from U-Haul and won't use U-Haul again.

sabrina coburnI got a confirmation, when I ordered online, that I could pick up the truck at 6am from this location. When I was heading out the door at 6:10 that morning, I got a message that my truck will be ready at 8. Even though it was a 24 hour pick up, I was unable to get the truck when I needed it. This resulted in me being about an hour and a half behind schedule and my helper being late to work. It turns out that the owner of this 24/7 location has the capability of being a 24/7 renter, but doesn't have it completely set up. I wish the website would have let me know this so I could have gotten a truck from another location in my area! Very disappointed! I was unaware of this issue until I went to pick up my, (once again) reserved and confirmed 6 am rental and when I got there, there was no link to "pick up my reservation". I noticed the time HAD BEEN CHANGED TO 10AM!!! I called a very helpful customer service representative, and she filled me in on this. With her help, I was able to get a truck at 8am (from another location nearby), but not without eating another 2 hours of my and my helpers time because of this! It's too bad because it's a great location. Once again, I wish the website would let users know that 24/7 pickup is not fully available at this location. It would have saved me so much more time that I needed to move my stuff!

Cheri EsperonI reserved a truck via the U-Haul app. I was unable to pick it using the app. The trucks were parked so closely together that the mirrors had been folded down and it was difficult to get into vehicles. The transmission in the truck that we used shifted inconsistently and abruptly. When I mentioned to the clerk, he didn’t seem to care.

kevin lynchThe owner tried to charge me a 25 cleaning fee, and didn't see any trash at all, I only hauled workout equipment, I swiped the truck out and took a picture, a the own looked at the wear and tare that took place over the time he had the truck and determined I had to pay a clean up fee, never again will I ever rent a from them, scam artist
Roy WinifieldThe owner (or manager) of the UHaul at Ayras Liquor 2121 was incredibly rude, and for no reason. I called him the day of pickup and asked if I could pick up the truck about 60-90 minutes earlier than scheduled, since I running ahead of schedule. He angrily said "NO" and that I would need to re-book the whole reservation. I then called the Milwaukee Uhaul regional office and the woman there said it would be perfectly fine to pick it up early. When I then went to Ayras, about 70 minutes before the scheduled time and told the owner that the regional office said it was OK to pick up the truck earlier, he again said "NO" (angrily) and said I would need to re-book the whole reservation. He was incredibly mean and rude about it...and the van was just sitting there. The man who made the original reservation for me, Shane at the UHaul location on 3 Mile Road in Racine, was super helpful. But I'd never go back to that awful guy at Ayras ever again.

DALE DZIEDZICOnly negative comment is the truck was parked in between 2 other trucks and there was only about 2 feet on either side. Made me nervous to pull it out of the space. I parked in the same space when I returned it and it was tight on drivers side.

RODNEY RODRIGUEZMy only complaint is I was charged for 3 gallons of gas. I drove just over 30 miles, and I added $10 (3 gallons) 6 miles before I turned the truck in. I did not use 6 gallons of gas to drive 30 miles.
ALLEN INNISThe truck came with a 300 lb granite slab in the back that made EVERYTHING difficult. Clearly this location did not inspect the truck. I informed him and took photos... he asked me to come back and throw it away or he will charge me. Overall.. by far my worst uhaul experience.

Sheila MoralesGuy at the counter is a douche bag, not sure if he is the owner. Wouldn't ever step foot in there again. Very rude and not very helpful. The app wasn't working and I wasn't getting the texts he was sending. I sat there and waited 10 minutes, restarted my phone and still no text. Finally I left with the uhaul. When I returned it he charged me for the dolly that we didn't use it. Then he charged me way over for gas. I went 15 miles. That's not 23 dollars extra. At least I am moved and never have to deal with him again.
MICHAEL ANDERSONWe tried to reserve a truck online. We wanted to pick the truck up at 9, and it said online we’d be able to do it digitally since the location wasn’t open until 10. We were never able to get into our account to do so. It kept saying the password/email was wrong- even though we received emails. Wouldn’t let us reset the password either. So we had to wait until 10 when the place opened. Got there and and they said they had computer issues - come back in 30-40 minutes. Didn’t end up getting the truck until 11 and was told we wouldn’t be able to use the truck for the 4 hours we should’ve been able to use it because someone else was getting the truck at 2:30. So to sum up, our schedule was thrown off 2 hours, we were only allowed 3.5 hours use, and we had to go back and forth a couple of times in order to get our truck. We were told we couldn’t have any sort of discount for our inconvenience. It would’ve been good customer service to offer a discount considering the difficulties we went through. Very disappointed and would not recommend to anyone.

The Uhaul representative was extremely rude and condescending to me in all phases of this nightmare of a rental experience. I would highly suggest serious review of this location. I sincerely hope that it was not the franchise owner that treated me this horribly. I am asking that somebody from a high level within your company reach out to me for more details on how I was treated. You seriously have to be losing a lot of business by having this person represent your company.

MICHAEL RUDANOnly wish the key would have been in the lockbox so I didn’t have to go inside and show my ID and credit card. I did self check in to avoid this. But the guy inside was super nice and efficient. So it was still a great experience.

Mobile pickup app does not work properly, was able to take headshot for pickup but could not continue to id step, button didn't open camera. Drop off via app did not work to take confirmation pictures.
