Neither the Furniture Pads nor the Dolly were in the vehicle at time of pick-up. Also, since the location was closed (the whole day) on Saturday when I picked up the rental, I tried calling all available numbers, and no one answered. I had to go to another U-Haul location, where they were able to get me Furniture Pads, but not a dolly. I was forced to buy my own dolly.Norman W.

No need to improve with this location--Jeniffer Fernandez was proactive with her assistance of the rental. When it appeared that the specific vehicle I had rented was going to be late, she informed me early enough for me to adjust the timing of the rental. U-Haul needs more rental locations like Aztec A-1 Storage! I will recommend this location.Brent J.

We were finished with the truck on Sunday 3-3-19 , but there was no place to park the truck to use after hours key drop? The facility didn't have enough of an entry to leave anything after hours. I had a terrible experience with a competitor because of similar issue. Hard to return if facilities are closed and nowhere to leave equipment?Elizabeth T.

Check the trucks better. The lady at this location was so confused, she had no idea what was going on with the vehicle. It was more stress than it was worth. She wouldn't address me or my daughter when we attempted to speak to her, she would stare and ignore us and only address my husband. The truck was dirty and the check engine light soon was on and we had no idea. She claimed to have checked the truck and not noticed. It was just an all around mess.Darrell B.

Jennifer was a pleasure to have service me. She was courteous and understanding of my urgent and desperate needs in a vehicle. She was patient with me and I cant say enough great things about her. She was quick but also wasnt a robot which is a plus (no one wants to feel like they are talking to a wall). I initially reserved online, almost a week in advance, the day before I went to pick up the truck, I stopped by to confirm and grab boxes at the requested store location on Wall St. The employees informed me that they wouldn't have a truck for me (and I should've received a text about this update) but I could go to the location on Midland Dr. and they would have one for me. A short while later I did receive a text and it said there was problems with the reservation. I had initially reserved a truck for 8:30 am on Sat morning and I received a text at 4 pm on Friday. I called the number on the text and this "charming" lady named Tammy told me that there wasn't ANY trucks available in Midland, the truck I had reserved had the reservation extended and the first available was 6:30 PM on Sat. She was extremely condescending when I questioned availability for ALL of Midland/Odessa on that weekend -- she basically told me she was looking at everything and there was nothing. I gave up that fight because she wasn't the least bit accommodating and was getting rather defensive. I called back (to double check her information) and got her again, still completely apathetic in helping me search for a replacement vehicle. I finally called Aztec Storage on Midland Dr and the lady immediately knew I had a reservation that had gotten jacked up and advised they had a slightly larger one SITTING IN THE LOT, READY FOR PICK UP! Thankfully, I was able to drive over and secure it without having to deal with your 1-800 lack of customer service reps! I had also reserved a dolly and there wasn't one at the Midland Dr location so I had to go back to the Wall St location and pick it up. The local people were very apologetic but your customer service reps need a lesson in customer service. What good is a reservation when it's not guaranteed? Also, what good is requesting text updates if they don't come? Every reservation I made online was "cancelled" without my notification. I was thoroughly disgusted with everything about this reservation/experience with the exception of the local business owners. I would not ever reserve online again, what a joke!Kristal W.

I could not believe the difference in the level of treatment I received with Aztec A-1 Storage, which was absolutely superb, versus the dismal representation at the main U-Haul facility in Midland on Wall Street. At the main U-Haul, my reservation was non-existent, which forced me to keep the rental truck an extra day, and when I asked to see the only available unit, a climate controlled 20 ft storage unit, I was shown a 4x5 ft space. (I asked the employee why he was showing me this small space, to which his response was that this "was his 20 ft storage unit.") Not only was the Wall St. employee dismissive, disrespectful, care-free, and utterly useless, the incompetency of the company as a whole to assist me in relying on a reservation was manifested with this Wall St. representative and cost me the additional expense of holding a truck full of furniture while I took another day to search the area for a suitable substitute, which also occurred in part due to my having wait 15-20 min. in a wholly desolate and unmanned store for someone to appear and assist me at the Wall St. location. In contrast, I have rarely experience such helpful, kind, and more than prompt assistance from the Aztec A-1 facility. They were superb in their treatment, and more than considerate with regard to my needs for a storage unit and return of equipment. I am grateful for the excellent service from Aztec A-1, and for their warm welcome to a new town via their service, which was previously a complete disgrace in the hands of the Wall St. facility. Aztec A-1 went above and beyond to assist me in completing my move gracefully, and I am very thankful to them for this!Chrystian G.
I was told I could drop off the trailer at any Uhaul location in Austin. I went to a local location. After much delay, they refused to accept and send me across town.Dick H.
The uhaul was in need of maintenance. It would not drive straight down the road. It swerved the entire trip. It needs ball joints and the brakes squealed so bad. The emergency light and annoying dinging sound came on for about 30 minutes until I could stop, turn the truck off, then back on. The power steering stopped working intermittently for a few minutes.Joe G.

Operator was helpful and friendly. Check-in was easy and quick. I really appreciated the service. Only suggestion is to open on time. I was at the facility at the published time and had to leave and come back due to it not being open yet and there was no place to park. Still, 5 star service!John C.
