We made our reservations online and later had to make a few changes. When I arrived at the facility, unfortunately, none of the changes had been updated, even though I had received a confirmation of the changes. Because of this, our pick-up time was delayed. Despite the confusion, the ladies in the office were extremely helpful and courteous. They did a wonderful job getting everything straightened out and getting me on my way! We really appreciated their great customer service and will definitely use them again!
