The people managing the site were very nice and helpful. I give them high marks. The problem I had was that I reserved the truck specifically to move 2 refrigerators to multiple locations (4 total moves) and reserved an applicance dolly and a 2 wheel dolly. The system allowed me to reserve those and charged me for them, only to learn when I arrived that this location does not carry - too late for me to change anything and reserve somewhere else, so the moves were twice as difficult as they should have been. The local site credited me for the items, but was disappinted that the system was not accurate. I use Uhaul alot and normally things go very well (now that their online system has been improved) but this was an unfortunate experience.
JED CLot was cramped for space, but was able to complete the rental without any issues. Staff was knowledgeable and very helpful

PETER SThe people were really nice. But that will for sure be the last time I use U-haul. Truck was missing out, had more miles and less gas than listed on my contract. Windshield was cracked from offense side to the other. Pricing has gone crazy. I can rent a truck from Hertz for a week for just a bit more than the 4 hour rental cost me through uhaul. I opted put of Safe-move but was still charged for it and was told it was done and nothing could be done. And $1 a mile? Come on. Absolutely crazy.
