Nothing was explained to me, was quoted 40 a day cost over five hundred for two days. Never again.

The one person there could not check in the trailer I dropped off before noon today. It’s now almost 10p, and no check in notification yet. This location was a service garage that had U-Haul as a sideline. It was the most dirty and cluttered shop I’ve ever seen both inside and out. I would recommend avoiding this location.

This location should be avoided for anything other than pick-up. The site looks like a junkyard. It is a service garage but there is no room. Cars and parts everywhere with a driveway that is in extremely poor condition. No parking available kind of had to leave the truck in a position I didn't like to avoid blocking their entrance. I couldn't believe this was U-Haul's preferred drop off location vs any of my local U-Haul locations.

My rental was clean and ready to go. Barney, the proprietor, is a genuine treasure trove of down home entertaining stories and Southern hospitality. I chose his location to pick up my 15’ truck because it was conveniently located between my home and the town I was going to pick up some furniture. It’s worth the trip to Carthage to rent a truck or even if only to meet this wonderful man. Go there for the U-Haul, stay for just one more story.

Well,it too long and did not know what he was doing and on top of that I got charge 100$ for deposit that was supposed to get back when i return now there only trying to give me 75$ back

General U Haul equipment comment: The Ford V10 MPG- was less than the 10 mpg average as advertised- perhaps the load share trailer affected it that much?

I guess the internet is not very good in this location because I tried to check in the truck before I left and got an error message. When I tried to check out of the truck I couldn’t even send pictures or anything and got another error message. Other than that everything was good.
