Attempted to use the Uhaul app to check in and pick up, with no luck. Store team was quick to resolve, check in the old fashioned way and had me on the road in a couple minutes. Drop off was easy too.

MARK KJust very disappointed on the milage charge. $39.95 for the rental is fine. The $64.50 for the milage is not acceptable. Charging $1.29 a mile for 44 miles an afternoon of rental is ridicules. I wonder what the charge would be if I dropped it off at a different location? Just not happy with the milage charge.

RANSOM JPlease in the description of the trailer list the weight the trailer will carry. It would make renting or reserving the trailer much easier if the I knew the amount of weight it would carry. Had to go to several dealers to find a trailer to carry 2000 lbs.
